Clinical Study On The Intevention Of Decline Of Ovarian Reserve Function By Zishenshugan Recipe Combined With Femoston

Objective: To observe the laboratory,B-ultrasound examination and clinical symptoms of patients with ovarian reserve function decline due to kidney deficiency and liver depression,before and after treatment with Zishen Shugan recipe and Femonston.By analyzing and disscussing the clinical effect,attempt to find a more effective method for the treatment of ovarian reserve function decline.Methods: Sixty patients,who were dignosed as decline of ovarian reserve function of kidney deficiency and liver depression,were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30)according to their diagnosis order.After signing informed consent,the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and Femoston,while the control group was simply treated with Femoston,and the treatment period lasted for 3 menstrual cycles as a course.Build a database based on the following indexes(before and after treatment): the clinical symptom score,Antral Follicle Count(AFC),ovarian volume and Follicle-Stimulating Hormone(FSH)on the third day of menstrual period,Luteinizing hormone(LH),Estradiol(E2),and Anti-Mueller tube hormone(AMH),then analyzed the statistics by spss 22.0,and finally comprehensively deciphered the clinical efficacy and the effect of Zishen Shugan recipe.Results: After treatment,the total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group.After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were significantly improved comparing to prior treatment(P<0.01),the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,serum FSH in two groups decreased significantly compared to prior treatment(P<0.01),the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05).Two groups of E2 increased significantly compared to prior treatment(P<0.05),the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.01).The AMH of treatment groups increased significantly compared to prior treatment(P<0.05),the control group was not significantly increased compared to prior treatment,the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the LH in two groups was not significantly decreased compared to prior treatment.After treatment,the ovarian volume of both groups were not apparently increased than that before treatment,but the number of sinus follicles in both two groups were significantly more than that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group's number was superior to that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion: Zishen Shugan recipe combine with femonston can improve the symptoms and related indexes of patients with ovarian reserve function decline,especially in reducing FSH,increasing AMH,E2 and antral follicle count,which deserves to be generalization in clinic.
