Clinical Study On The Effect Of Zishen Ningxin Method Combined With Sequential Method Of Yin And Yang Adjustment Treating Decreased Ovarian Function

Objective:With renal ning center method combining sequential characteristics of Yin and Yang, in patients with kidney Yin deficiency type ovarian reserve function by periodic sequential intervention, at the same time set up a simple sequential zi kidney group, left to pill+right to pill) as control group. Treatment group to add flavor to the benefit of drinking combined with sequential treatment of Yin and Yang, the control group to the left to pill+right to pill sequential treatment, two groups were treated for3months. Observation before and after the treatment period, Yin deficiency syndrome score, clinical syndromes was effective, and serum hormone, follicle hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH) and FSH/LH ratio, estradiol (E2) values.Results:Menstrual curative effect evaluation, treatment group effective rate was95%, effective rate (85%) compared with control group (P<0.05) has a significant difference. Two groups of Yin deficiency syndrome score after treatment than before treatment, two groups were very significant difference (P <0.01); Comparison between the two groups after treatment had significant difference (P<0.05). TCM syndrome curative effect compare two groups, treatment group markedly effective rate was15%, effective rate was95%, and the control group markedly effective rate5%, effective rate was80%), with significant difference (P<0.05). Serum hormone, treatment group after treatment based on blood FSH, LH, FSH/LH ratio compared with before treatment with very significant difference (P<0.01); In the control group after treatment of blood in the two groups blood FSH, LH, FSH/LH ratio compared with before treatment with significant difference (P<0.05); After treatment between the two way compared with significant difference (P<0.05). E2were decreased after treatment in both groups, no statistically significant difference compared with before treatment; Comparative differences between the two groups has no statistical significance. Conclusion:Kidney Yin deficiency type ovarian reserve function decline in patients with renal ning zi center method combined with sequential intervention after the period of Yin and Yang, Yin deficiency syndrome significantly improved; Serum FSH, LH/FSH ratio decreased, and the curative effect is better than that of pure zi kidney group. Thus it can be seen in mind (brain)-renal-uterine shaft under the guidance of zi ning center method combined with sequential on ovarian reserve function decline of Yin and Yang the intervention of the clinical curative effect is certain.
