Objective:The study of data mining by traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions of Professor Niu Jianzhao in treating premature ovarian failure (POF) and decline in ovarian rese rve(DOR), find regularity among them,and make her experience better promotion,at the s ame time, provide a new method of case study and experience inheritance for clinical workers.Based on the analysis of basic information of patients, to explore the early clinical m anifestations of the disease, in order to improve the understanding of this disease.Methods:Take the method of retrospective study.selected in 2011 May-2014 Decembermenstrua tion with Professor Niu Jianzhao on the treatment of premature ovarian failure and decl ine in ovarian reserve in the patients with a total of 106 cases, prescription 203。The ba sic information of the 106 patients and 203 prescriptions were imported into SPSS 19.0 so ftware,and builded the database accordingly. Using the frequency analysis method to ana lyze the basic information of the patients and the prescription medication.Clustered anal ysis high frequency drugs by using system clustering method.the drugs were analyzed wi th association rules metho in SAS software.Finally make a reasonable explanation with the results for the clinical use of related knowledge.Result:1 In 106 cases,34 pepole was diagnosed with premature ovarian failure.
