| Objective: to observe the clinical curative effect of yu-yin-yang-luan decoction on treating decline in ovarian reserve kidney yin deficiency syndrome,which will provide a scientific basis for Chinese medicine treatment of decreased ovarian reserve,to benefit more patients with decline in ovarian reserve.Method: this topic selection into the standard of 60 patients with decreased ovarian reserve,TCM syndrome of kidney yin deficiency syndrome,were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases),respectively,to yu-yin-yang-luan decoction and kuntai capsule treatment.Observed in the two groups before and after treatment of menstruation,clinical curative effect and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)and estrogen(E2),FSH/LH and the maximum ovarian diameter(MOD),and antral follicle count(AFC)changes;follow-up in the two groups after treatment in patients with pregnancy.In the line before and after treatment the blood,urine,dung routine,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram examination for safety evaluation.Through the study of the statistical analysis of the observations,the scientific evaluation for yu-yin-yang-luan decoction for the treatment of decline in ovarian reserve by clinical efficacy and safety.Results: in general,two groups of cases patients in such aspects as age,duration,fertility circumstance,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),comparable.(1)the menstruation situation,for the menstrual cycle,two groups of cases before and after treatment in the menstrual cycle,the two groups have significant difference(P<0.05),compared the two groups after treatment,there is significant difference(P<0.05).For the menstrual period,inside two way comparison before and after the treatment,the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference in the control group(P>0.05).Comparing the two groups after treatment,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).For menstrual quantity is within two way comparison before and after the treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),compared the two groups after treatment,there is significant difference(P<0.05).(2)the clinical efficacy of this study clinical effective rate was 86.67% in treatment group and control group in clinical effective rate was 63.33%,compared two groups of clinical curative effect and the results have significant difference(P<0.05);For TCM syndrome integral comparison before and after treatment in two way of comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),after treatment between the two way comparison,there are significant difference(P<0.05),explain in terms of improving syndromes,the treatment group is better than the control group;For single TCM syndrome integral,inside two way compared before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in addition to form a thin,the rest of the comparison before and after the TCM syndrome integral are significant difference(P<0.05),after treatment between the two way comparison,lumbar debility,five upset hot,baking hot sweat out,dry lips dry mouth and palpitation tinnitus,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the rest of the comparison between the TCM syndrome integral groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).(3)laboratory index comparison,the serum FSH,inside two way compared before and after treatment,all have significant difference(P<0.01),after treatment between the two way comparison,there are significant difference(P<0.05).For serum LH,inside two way compared before and after treatment,all have significant difference(P<0.01);Comparison between the two way after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05),two groups of curative effect quite.For FSH/LH,and within the group comparison between the two group cases were no significant difference(P>0.05).For E2,two groups of cases of serum E2 in comparison between group and group were no significant difference(P>0.05).For serum AMH,inside two way comparison before and after the treatment,with significant difference(P<0.01),comparison between the two way after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).(4)B ultrasonic examination indexes for ovarian size(MOD),inside two way comparison before and after the treatment,there is significant difference(P<0.01),comparison between the two way after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).For an AFC,inside two way comparison before and after the treatment,there is significant difference(P<0.01),after treatment between the two way comparison,there are significant difference(P<0.05).(5)pregnancies,pregnancy success rate compared two groups,the treatment group success rate of pregnancy was 32.15%,the control of pregnancy success rate was 10.34%,with significant difference(P<0.05).That relatively and Kun tai capsule,the yu-yin-yang-luan decoction can improve kidney yin deficiency syndrome decline in ovarian reserve in patients with pregnancy success rate.Conclusion: 1)yu-yin-yang-luan decoction can regulate the kidney yin deficiency syndrome menstrual cycle disorder in patients with decline in ovarian reserve,shorten the extension of the period,increase menstrual quantity;The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine could improve patients symptoms,improve quality of life;Adjustable sex hormones and lower levels of serum FSH,LH,elevated serum AMH level;It can increase ovarian volume and increase sinus follicle number.2)yu-yin-yang-luan decoction to raise E2 and reduce FSH/LH ratio,basic and kuntai capsule treatment,no obvious difference.3)yu-yin-yang-luan decoction based on "Yu Yin",increase the source of the Yin of the kidney essence,make the follicle growth and development of material basis,to give "eggs" keep improving egg quality,so as to improve the success rate of pregnancy. |
