| Objective:To observe the effects differences for polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)between the Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle and conventional acupuncture by randomized controlled trial(RCT).Explore the curative effect of the thrapeutic method on PCOS of phlegm and blood stasis tapy.At last,to provide new ideas and methods forclinical treatment of PCOS.Methods:For this research we choose those patients who is fully justified by inclusion standards,we need 72 patients in total.Then,we divided 72 patients into the two group(treatment group and control group)with the envelope containing divide informetions,there are 36 cases in every group.The observation group treat with regula acupuncture.The treatment group were treated by the Eight Methods of Intelligent Turtle,besides the open acupoints remaining acupoints was the same with the observation group.Additionally,opening points based the time of diagnosis,use host-guest points combination.The treatment was given once every two days,3 times a week.One cycle of menstruation or 1 month was taken as one course3 course in total.Stop needling if menstruation or pregnancy occurs.After 3 courses of treatment,observed the clinical curative effect of two groups of treatment,And analysis alldatum and evaluating the effect by statistics.Results:(1)There are no significance difference in age ? course of disease ?TCM syndromes andlaboratory indebetween the patients in the two groups(P>0.05).(2)After the treatment,There are obvious dietinctions between prior treatment on total score of TCM syndromes in both groups,the dissimilar was significant(P<0.05).The result was indicative of both groups can improve TCM symptoms of patients and the treatment group was better than control group.(3)After treatment,there were 34 cases in Linggui group,9 cases were heal aiiright,14 cases were demonstrable effect and 7 cases were availability,4 cases were invalid,the overall effective percentage was 88.24%.In the control group,33 cases 4 cases were heal aiiright,7 cases were demonstrable effect,15 cases were availability and 7 cases were invalid.The overall effective percentage was 78.79%.There was significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).(4)Before and after treatment,two groups of patients have a comparison in LH,LH/FSH,there were significant statistical differences(P<0.05)The change of FSH was not obvious.Comparison between the two groups,There was difference in the range of decrease of LH,LH/FSH betweentwo groups(P < 0.05).Both treatments can be reduced.LH?T?LH/FSH,The treatment group gives better results than the ordinary group.(5)There were palpable distinction at the numerical analysis of the endometrial thickness,the largest follicle diameter in two groups in prior-treatment and post-treatment(P<0.05).It's illustrated that both two therapeutics can ameliorate the endometrial thickness,the largest follicle diameter.The obverous group had more palpable distinction compare with the control group(P<0.05).It's proved that the two therapeutics were effected in ameliorate endometrial thickness and largest follicle diameter andsituation and the observation group is better than the control one.Conclusion:(1)Both opening points based on eight methods of intelligent turtle and groovy therapeutic can ameliorate clinical symptoms,signs and the quota of sex hormones..(2)The clinical efficacy of opening points based on eight methods of intelligent turtle combined with conventional acupuncture is superior to conventional acupuncture.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group.(3)Eight methods of intelligent turtle has significant curative effects to improve clinical symptoms,erum sex hormones endometrial thickness,follicular development and ovulation.(4)Acupuncture is a simple,effective,without side effects treatment for obese PCOS,eight methods of intelligent turtle combined with conventional acupuncture may efficiently improve clinical efficacy in treating PCOS,and it is worth clinical use. |
