The Clinical Study On Therapy Of Huatan-Huoxue Treating Polycystic Ovary Syndrome And Mechanism Of Mild Inflammation

Objective:This study aims to investigate the efficacy of resolving phlegm and blood circulation method in combination with Diane-35 on polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)in child-bearing period and relapse rate after treatment the.It is a preliminary study on exploring the mechanism of action of mild inflammation in polycystic ovary syndrome and the mechanism of the protocol in the treatment of mild inflammation of PCOS.Methods:A total of 51 eligible patients were collected between December 2018 and December 2019 and divided into two groups based on a digital random method.The patients in the treatment group were treated with modified Cangfu Doutan decoction in combination with Diane-35 while the patients in the control group received Diane-35 alone.All patients of groups were observed for six menstrual cycles,including three menstrual cycles of treatment and three menstrual cycles of follow-up.The TCM symptom scores and changes of signs were observed.The levels of sex hormones LH,FSH,LH/FSH,T and inflammatory factors IL-6,HS-CRP and TNF-? were compared before and after treatment.The menstrual onset rate was investigated during following up.Data processing was carried out by SPSS26.0 statistical software.The test compared the changes of clinical symptoms and blood parameters.Results:1.Before treatment:There is no significant difference between the test group and the control group on terms of age,course of disease,menstrual conditions,TCM symptoms,acne,hirsutism,sex hormones and inflammatory factors IL-6,HS-CRP,and TNF-a.2.Before treatment:?The total effective rate:The total effective rates of the test group was 92.59%and the control group was 70.83%.The comparison between the two groups was P=0.004,which had a significant difference and indicated that phlegm and blood circulation method combined with Daying-35 was more effective than Daying-35 on total effective rate.?The curative efficacy of TCM symptoms:thecurative efficacy of TCM symptoms of the test group was 92.59%and the control group was 75%.The comparison between the two groups was P=0.003,which had a significant difference and indicated that phlegm and blood circulation method combined with Daying-35 was more effective than Daying-35 on the curative efficacy of TCM symptoms.?TCM syndromes:The TCM syndromes of the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved after treatment.The comparison between the groups:P=0.008,which showed a significant difference.?Acne and hirsutism:The acne situation of the experimental group and the control group were significantly improved after treatment,and there was a significant difference between the groups,indicating that the experimental group's plan to improve acne is better;the hairy situation of both groups is not improved.?Sex hormones:Both the test group and control group effectively reduced the levels of T,LH,LH/FSH,and there was a significant difference between the groups,indicating that the test group program had better efficacy in reducing males and improving LH,LH/FSH levels.The change of FSH level was no significant.?Inflammatory factors:Both the test group and the control group can reduce the levels of IL-6,HS-CRP,and TNF-a,and the test group is superior to the control group,indicating that the combined treatment of phlegm and blood circulation and Daying-35 is more effective.?Follow-up period:After 3 months of follow-up,the menstrual flow rate in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group,The comparison between the two groups was P=0.018,which was a significant difference and indicated that the treatment of phlegm and blood circulation combined with Daying-35 regimen was more effective than Daying-35 on long-term effects.Conclusion:By comparison,the clinical efficacy of resolving phlegm and blood circulation method in combination with Diane-35 is obviously better than that of Diane-35 alone in the treatment of PCOS.After following up for three months,the menstrual onset rate of patients treated by resolving phlegm and blood circulation method in combination with Diane-35 is obviously higher than that of Diane-35 alone.It can be seen that the combined efficacy of resolving phlegm and blood circulation method with Diane-35 is better and the long-term effect is more significant.Therefore,for patients with this disease,this treatment protocol is recommended clinically.The combined protocol of resolving phlegm and blood circulation method with Diane-35 is better than Diane-35 alone in the improvement of inflammatory indexes.It can be seen that this protocol can effectively improve the mild inflammation of PCOS,which provides new ideas for the disease treatment and intervention.
