Clinical Observation Of Using Tianma Erchentang To Treat Wind-sputum And Lung-type Cough After Infection In Children

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Tianma Erchentang in the treatment of wind-sputum and lung-type cough after infection in children,and to explore the possible pharmacological mechanism of Tianma Erchentang,which laid the foundation for development research and clinical promotion.The foundation of the party,and the provision of new ideas and methods in Chinese medicine for the treatment of cough after infection in children.Methods:Sixty children who met the criteria were selected and treated with Tianma Erchentang orally.After 2 courses of treatment,5 days were a course of treatment.Changes in scores were recorded separately: primary and secondary symptoms were followed before treatment,5 days after treatment,on day 10 after treatment,and followed up 4 weeks after the end of treatment.Data were collected according to relevant scoring criteria,and statistical analysis was performed on the data using SPSS 25.0 statistical software.Results:1.Clinical total efficacy: According to the total efficacy judgment standard of clinical evaluation in traditional chines medicine(TCM)syndrome,the total scores of 60 subjects before and after treatment were compared.The cure rate accounted for 60%,the effective rate was 96.67%,and the invalid rate was 3.33.%.2.Symptoms improved: After treatment,the main symptoms and secondary disease scores were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),which was significantly better than the untreated symptoms.3.Disappearance rate of sub-symptoms: After treatment,the rate of sneezing disappearance was 87.1%,the rate of disappearance of nasal itching was 83.8%,and the rate of nasal congestion,bloating,loss of appetite,and nausea and vomiting were all above 70%.After treatment,nasal congestion,nasal itching,sneezing,bloating,loss of appetite,nauseaand vomiting were all better than before treatment.The drug also has a good effect on improving the secondary disease.Conclusion:The study found that Tianma Erchentangorally significantly improved the clinical symptoms of wind-sputum and lung-type cough after infection in children,the main symptoms such as cough,itching,sputum,etc.,and secondary symptoms of nasal congestion,nasal itching,sneezing,Abdominal distension,loss of appetite,nausea and vomiting,no obvious adverse reactions in clinical observation.
