| Objective: to observe the meridional lingers stitch on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)qi and Yin two virtual folder stasis syndrome of the improvement of clinical symptoms,signs,as well as to the improvement of nerve conduction velocity,the sixth lingers stitch on diabetic peripheral neuropathy gas Yin deficiency of the clinical value of blood stasis syndrome,objectively evaluate the efficacy and safety of therapy for the treatment of DPN.Methods: eighty-nine patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with peripheral neuropathy who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups according to the random number table method,namely,30 patients in the control group,29 patients in the conventional acupuncture group,and 30 patients in the meridian flow group.Three groups of patients with oral medications or inject insulin treatment on a regular basis to keep blood sugar under control,and the control group in the conventional treatment(0.5 mg static note a cobalt amine and lipoic acid 0.3 g add 100 ml saline dark intravenous drip),conventional acupuncture group in the control group on the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment to find out(st 36,three vaginal intercourse,closed in sea,air,or valley,blood,pancreatic,lung yu yu,too creek)for acupuncture treatment,meridian based treatment lingers in the control group,according to the theory of meridian lingers open holes,find out the same routine acupuncture group,timing for acupuncture treatment.14 times were taken as a course of treatment(about 2 weeks).After one course of treatment,mecobalamin capsules 0.5mg and octanoic acid capsules 0.6g were taken orally for one course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment were taken.Before and after treatment,TCM syndrome rating scale,Toronto clinical scoring system(TCSS)and nerve conduction velocity were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results: 1.After treatment,TCM syndrome points in the three groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the meridian flow group was better than the conventional acupuncture group and the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the clinical score of Toronto in the three groups was improved compared with that before treatment,and the meridian flow group was better than the conventional acupuncture group and the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).3.After treatment,nerve conduction velocity of the three groups was improved compared with that before treatment,and the meridian flow group was better than the conventional acupuncture group and the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).4.After treatment,in terms of clinical symptoms and signs improvement,Toronto score and nerve conduction velocity,the effective rate of the control group was 60%,that of the conventional acupuncture and moxibustion group was 75.86%,and that of the meridian flow group was 80%.The effective rate of the conventional acupuncture and moxibustion group was better than that of the control group,and there was no significant difference between the conventional acupuncture and moxibustion group and the meridian flow group.There were no obvious abnormalities in the safety indexes before and after treatment in the three groups,suggesting that the three treatments were safe and reliable.Conclusion: 1.In terms of TCM syndrome points,the meridian flow group was superior to the conventional acupuncture and moxibustion group and the control group,indicating that on the basis of basic treatment,the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of DPN improved the TCM syndrome;Compared with the meridional flow group,the meridional flow group was superior to the conventional acupuncture and moxibustion group(P<0.05),indicating that the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment on the basis of traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion on the improvement of DPN syndrome in TCM.2.In terms of clinical score in Toronto,the meridian flow group was superior to the conventional acupuncture and moxibustion group and the control group,indicating that on the basis of basic treatment,DPN in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment improved the clinical score in Toronto.Compared with the meridional flow group,the meridional flow group was superior to the conventional acupuncture and moxibustion group(P<0.05),indicating that on the basis of the conventional acupuncture and moxibustion treatment,the acupuncture and moxibustion point selection had better efficacy in improving the DPN Toronto clinical score.3.In terms of nerve conduction velocity,the meridian flow group was superior to the conventional acupuncture and moxibustion group and the control group,indicating that DPN in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment improved nerve conduction velocity on the basis of basic treatment.Compared with the meridional flow group,the meridional flow group was superior to the conventional acupuncture and moxibustion group(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of opening acupuncture point at the right time on improving DPN nerve conduction velocity was better on the basis of conventional acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.4.In terms of clinical efficacy,the acupuncture and moxibustion group and the meridian flow group were superior to the control group,indicating that on the basis of basic treatment,the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of DPN improved in terms of improving clinical efficacy;There was no statistically significant difference between the conventional acupuncture group and the meridian flow group(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups had similar efficacy in improving the clinical symptoms and signs of DPN.Meridional flow acupuncture for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can significantly improve the TCM syndromes,clinical symptoms and signs of patients,improve the nerve conduction speed,improve the clinical efficacy,safe and effective. |
