Clinical St Udy On The Combination Of Ac Upuncture And Chinese Medicine In Treating Peripheral Neuropathy In Patients With Qi Deficiency An D Blood Stasis

Objective:The topic mainly through standardized clinical control experiments to clarify the efficacy of Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine.The patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis DPN were treated with traditional Chinese medicine internal medicine combined with ordinary acupuncture and oral methylamine.Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture for DPN patients.Therefore,it provides scientific basis for the standardization of traditional Chinese medicine in treating senile diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and meanwhile,it explores new ideas and new methods for the treatment of senile diabetes peripheral neuropathy by combination of acupuncture and medicine.Methods:A randomized group of 60 patients with blood stasis type diabetic peripheral Randomly divided into treatment group and control group,,observe two groups before and after treatment in patients with Chinese medicine symptom integral,Toronto score,the MCV the median nerve,ulnar nerve MCV,sural nerve MCV,median nerve SCV and ulnar nerve SCV,sural nerve SCV,comparison of the clinical curative effect.Results:The comparison between the two groups after the experiment was t=-1.110,P=0.272,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups after the experiment(P>0.05).After the experiment,the comparison between the two groups was t=-0.253,P=0.801,and There was no statistical difference in ulnar nerve MCV.(P>0.05).After the experiment,the comparison between the two groups was t=2.400,P=0.02,and there was a statistical difference in the median nerve MCV after the experiment(P<0.05).The comparison between the two groups after the experiment was t=2.931,P?0.005,and there was a statistical difference in the total peroneal nerve MCV(P<0.05).After the experiment,the comparison between the two groups was t=0.696,P=0.489,and there was no statistical difference in ulnar nerve SCV(P>0 0.05).The comparison between the two groups after the experiment was t=2.263,P=0.027,and there was a statistical difference in the median nerve SCV(P<0.05).After the test,the two groups were compared with t=2.304,P=0.025,and the difference of the sural nerve SCV in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combination group was 86.67%,and the total effective rate was 80.0%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In this study,the clinical curative effect of DPN was observed by acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine?The combination of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine combined with mec-cobalt group can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of TCM in patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis;The combination of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine can significantly improve the median nerve MCV,median nerve SCV,MCV,and peroneal SCV in DPN patients,and its efficacy is more remarkable than that of the cobalamine group;The combination of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve DPN ulnar nerve(MCV)and ulnar nerve SCV,and the efficacy is similar to that of oral metadiamine tablets.
