Objective: Through observation, comparison and evaluation of the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis),the safety and effectiveness of abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were verified. Methods:From December 2017 to January 2019,60 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were enrolled in the Department of Endocrinology, affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine, and the syndrome differentiation of TCM was in accordance with the syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis.According to the method of random sampling,60 patients in accordance with the standard were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. On the basis of the original hypoglycemic regimen, the patients in the control group were given xudan granule 7 g,three times a day.The treatment group was treated with abdominal acupuncture once a day on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment in both groups was 8 weeks. After 8 weeks, the TCM syndrome score,Toronto score, median nerve and common peroneal god were given to the patients. The changes of MCV,SCV were statistically analyzed, and the curative effect of the treatment was finally obtained. Results: 1.After the treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes were compared. There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group. After treatment, the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the two groups was higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group;2.After the treatment, the Toronto score was compared. There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group. After treatment, the total effective rate of Torontoscore in the two groups was compared, and the total effective rate in the;3.After treatment, the nerve conduction velocity was compared. There was significant difference in MCV,SCV between median nerve and common peroneal nerve between the two groups before and after treatment. After treatment, the MCV,SCV of median nerve and common peroneal nerve were compared between the two groups(P <0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:1.Abdominal acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical discomfort of patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome DPN;2.Abdominal acupuncture can effectively reduce the TCM syndrome score and Toronto score in the treatment of DPN with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, and improve the total effective rate of treatment;3.Abdominal acupuncture can effectively improve the MCV,SCV of median nerve and common peroneal nerve in the treatment of DPN with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome;4.Abdominal acupuncture is safe and effective in the treatment of DPN without obvious adverse reactions and side effects. It is worth popularizing in clinic. |
