Clinical Effect Of Addition And Subtraction Tianma Gouteng Decoction Combined With Angong Niuhuang Pills On The Syndrome Of Viscera Yang In Stroke

Objective: To observing the clinical efficacy and safety of addition and subtraction tianma gouteng decoction combined with angong niuhuang pills in the treatment of stroke patients with viscera yang syndrome,it is expected to provide some references for the clinical treatment of stroke patients with viscera yang syndrome.Methods: Collected between January 2017 and January 2019 in our hospital neurology and ICU in patients with 63 cases included in the standard stroke viscera Yang syndrome in patients with closed,and randomly divided into three groups,respectively for 23 cases of observation group(conventional western medicine treatment + addition and subtraction tianma gouteng decoction + angong niuhuang pills)and control group of A20 cases(conventional western medicine treatment + angong niuhuang pills)and control group B20(conventional western medicine treatment + addition and subtraction tianma gouteng decoction);The national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS),Glasgow coma scale(GCS)and Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral(TCM)were observed after the treatment and Hcy(homocysteinemia)levels,TCM symptom effect and clinical effect were analyzed statistically.Results:1.The number of days after treatment in the observation group of stroke patients with viscera yang syndrome was less than that in the control group A and control group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between control group A and control group B(P>0.05).2.The total effective rate of the three groups was respectively 87.0% in the observation group,75.0% in the control group A and 70.0% in the control group B.The rank-sum test of grade data of multiple groups showed that the difference between control group A and control group B was not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of control group A and control group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the three groups was respectively 91.3% in the observation group,80.0% in the control group A and 75.0% in the control group B.The rank-sum test of grade data of multiple groups showed that the efficacy of TCM syndromes in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group A and B,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).4.After 2 weeks of treatment,the NIHSS score,GCS score and TCM syndrome score of the three groups were improved to different degrees.The improvement degree of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group A and the control group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).5.The serum Hcy level of the three groups could be reduced after 2 weeks of treatment.The serum Hcy level of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group A and control group B,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The awakening effect of addition and subtraction tianma gouteng decoction combined with angong niuhuang pills on patients with viscera yang syndrome of apoplexy is better than that of conventional western medicine combined with angong niuhuang pills or combined with addition and subtraction tianma gouteng decoction.2.The clinical efficacy of addition and subtraction tianma gouteng decoction combined with angong niuhuang pills in the treatment of stroke with viscera yang syndrome is better than that of conventional western medicine combined with angong niuhuang pills or combined with addition and subtraction tianma gouteng decoction.3.The NIHSS score,GCS score and TCM syndrome score of stroke patients with viscera yang syndrome were improved to different degrees after the treatment of addition and subtraction tianma gouteng decoction plus or minus combined with angong niuhuang pills.4.addition and subtraction tianma gouteng decoction combined with angong niuhuang pills in the treatment of stroke patients with viscera yang syndrome can reduce the level of serum homocysteine to a certain extent.5.No toxic and side effects of drugs were found during the treatment,which was safe and effective and worthy of clinical promotion,providing a reference for the treatment of stroke patients with viscera yang syndrome by addition and subtraction tianma gouteng decoction plus or reduction combined with angong niuhuang pills.
