Study On The Clinical Efficacy Of Zhuangyi Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Najia

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Zhuang Acupuncture in the treatment of najia,explore zhuang acupuncture in treatment of Clinical advantages of najia,it provides a strong basis for the clinical application of najia in zhuangyi acupuncture therapy.Methods: From March 2018 to March 2019,60 najia patients who met the research criteria were collected from the zhuang medical outpatient department of the first affiliated hospital of guangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine and its branches,and according to the random number table method is divided into zhuang acupuncture group and drug group,each group of 30 patients.According to the acupoint selection principle of "heavenly circle and local place" of zhuang medicine,the prescriptions of patients in the acupuncture group were as follows: bilateral external three piles(DWSz),bilateral internal lower pole(DNxg),bilateral dorsal hand ring 3,4 points(tsbh2-3,4),bilateral dorsal foot ring 7,8 points(dzbh1-7,8).In zhuang medicine theory under the guidance of "8" the word ring needle stitch: needle of the contralateral first three piles(DWSz),and then under the needle in the side bar(DNxg),needle under the contralateral inner rod(DNxg),needle three outside of side(DWSz),needle the contralateral hand again on 3 point(TSBh2-3),back on 4 holes(TSBh2-4),a needle with one side of the foot back 7 holes(DZBh1-7),one foot back eight holes(DZBh1-8),needle on the back of one side hand 3 point(TSBh2-3),back on 4 hole(TSBh2-4).Leave the needle for 30 minutes.Treatment was once every other day,1 course per week,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Patients in the drug group were given prednisone acetate tablets by oral administration of 30 mg per day for 5 consecutive days,and then gradually reduced to discontinuation within 5 days.Mecobalamine tablets,oral 0.5mg each time,three times a day for 10 daysDo not drink,smoke or drink during medication.Keep regular hours.Finally,house-brackmann(H-B)scale was used as the main criterion for clinical efficacy in acupuncture group and drug group,and the secondary efficacy was assessed by the facial Disability Index(FDI,Faciai Disability Index)developed by university of Pittsburgh medical center.Patients(H-B)score and facial disability index scale index of the two groups were recorded during and after treatment.All the data obtained were statistically analyzed using SPSS 21.0 statistical software.Results:According to the house-brackmann(H-B)scale score and facial disability index scale index,According to the house-brackmann(h-b)scale score and facial disability index scale index,the total clinical effective rates of the two groups were statistically analyzed as follows:The total effective rate of acupuncture group was 100%.The total effective rate of the drug group was 86.7%,P < 0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.Conclusion: 1.In this study,acupuncture with zhuang medicine was used to treat patients of najia with this disease,compared with prednisone acetate tablets + mecobalamin tablets,the increasing rate and total effective rate of acupuncture group were significantly higher than that of the drug group,indicating that the clinical effect of acupuncture group was better than that of the drug group.2.The clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion in zhuang medicine is simple and easy,with unique national characteristics.
