| Objective : To observe the clinical efficacy of external Chinese medicine Wuxiao Powder in the treatment of plaque psoriasis vulgaris.Exploring the advantages of Wu Yusan in treating this disease.Methods: The clinical study was performed by randomized and controlled.Sixty patients with plaque psoriasis vulgaris who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases each.The observation group was treated with Wuxiao powder and the control group for external use Calcipotriol.The courses of treatment for 3 weeks,and observation two courses.Observation time were before treatment,after3 weeks of treatment,and 6 weeks of treatment.The lesions were evaluated using the internationally recognized PASI scoring method,and PASI changes were used as the main criteria for evaluating efficacy.At the same time,the patient's symptoms were evaluated by skin itching severity(visual analog scale,5-D scale),skin disease quality of life index and anxiety score scale(HAMA).By comparing the changes of skin lesions and patients' self-conscious symptoms before and after treatment,the clinical and objective evaluation of Wuqisan's external treatment of plaque vulgaris psoriasis was evaluated.The blood routine,liver and kidney function indexes were measured before and after treatment,and the safety of the patients with skin allergies during the treatment was closely observed.Statistical analysis was performed on the collected data using statistical software SPSS 20.0.Result:(1)The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was compared.The number of invalid cases in both groups was 0.In the observation group,the number of cured cases was 1,the number of effective cases was 25,the number of effective cases was 3,and the total effective rate was 86.2%.The number of recovery cases was 0,the number of effective cases was 19,the number of effective cases was 11,and the total effective rate was 63.3%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).It is indicated that the two groups have curative effect in the treatment of plaque psoriasis vulgaris,and the effect of the observation group is more significant.(2)The comparison of PASI scores between the two groups showed that the time and group interactions were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the PASI scores of the two groups decreased with the treatment time.The PASI score of the observation group decreased more than the control group.Significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that both groups had the effect of lowering the PASI score.The observation group was superior to the control group.(3)Comparison of pruritus severity scores,intra-group comparison,the two groups after treatment for 6 weeks and the pre-treatment pruritus severity scores were decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that both groups have improved pruritus symptoms The role.The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the observation group improved the itching symptoms better than the control group.(4)The skin quality of life index was scored.Compared with the pre-treatment,the quality of life index scores of the two groups decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the treatment of both groups can improve the quality of life of patients.After treatment,the quality of life index scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the observation group was superior to the control group in improving the quality of life of patients after treatment.(5)Comparison of anxiety score scale scores,compared with before treatment,the anxiety scores of the two groups after treatment decreased,there was a statistical difference(P<0.05),indicating that the anxiety status of the two groups improved after treatment,compared between groups,The anxiety score of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05),which indicated that the observation group improved the anxiety score better than the control group.(6)No obvious side effects were found during the treatment.Conclusion: External application of Wuling Powder in the treatment of plaque vulgaris psoriasis has a significant effect in relieving itching and reducing skin damage,especially in reducing scales and controlling inflammatory infiltration,and it has a quick onset.It can relieve the anxiety state caused by long-term recurrence of skin lesions and itching of the skin.It also plays a role in improving the quality of life of patients.Wuqisan and calcipotriol are safe for small-scale and short-term application of plaque-like psoriasis. |
