The Clinical Study On Efficacy About Jieduxiaobitang Decoction In The Treatment Of Acute Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jie Du Xiao Bi Tang(JDXBT)decoction in the treatment of acute psoriasis vulgaris.Methods We divided the 103 cases into two groups accoding to the different treatment method applied.66 cases in group A,treated by JDXBT and Vaseline topically.37cases in group B,treated with Fu Fang Qing Dai Jiao Nang(FFQDJN) and Vaseline topically.Psoriasis area and severity index(PASI) was used to monitor the disease activity.Results In group A,the total effective cases were 55(83.3%). In group B, the total effective cases were 23(62.2%).The significant difference was shown statistically between two groups in the rate of effectiveness(0.0KP<0.05).There were significantly differerces in skin lesion area, erythema, paprle, scale, PASI before and after teatment (P<0.01).Conclusion JDXBT and FFQDJN are both effective in the treatment of acute psoriasis vrlgaris.At the same time,JDXBT is superior to FFQDJN in the clinical efficacy.
