Clinical Study Of Radiofrequency Thermal Coagulation Target Ablation Combined With Ozone Injection In The Treatment Of Cervical Cervical Spondylosis

Objective: To compare the clinical data of patients with cervical cervical spondylosis treated by radiofrequency ablation target ablation combined with ozone injection and our comprehensive conservative treatment,so as to explore a treatment plan for cervical spondylosis with fast onset and short course of treatment.Methods: Retrospective analysis of the specific clinical data of patients with cervical cervical spondylosis who were hospitalized in Dongge Orthopedics from January 2017 to December 2017.Sixty-four patients with cervical spondylosis who met the inclusion criteria were included in the study.They were divided into surgery group A(radiofrequency thermocoagulation target ablation combined with ozone injection)and conservative group B(Guangxi traditional Chinese medicine)according to their treatment options.A conservative treatment program for orthopedics in the First Affiliated Hospital of the University;among them,34 were in the surgery group(18 males and16 females),and 30 in the conservative group(13 males and 17 females).The age ranged from 39 to 80 years old,the mean age of group A(45.33±6.50)years,the mean duration of disease(14.47±2.07)months;the mean age of group B(45.05±6.53)years,mean disease duration(14.65±2.12)months.The visual analogue scale(VAS)and cervical vertebrae of the two groups were analyzed by age,sex,duration,length of hospital stay,and time segments(pre-treatment,1 day,1 week,1 month,6 months after treatment).The dysfunction index(NDI),and statistical analysis of the above observations,observed the efficacy of the two treatments for cervical spondylosis.Conclusion: Radiofrequency thermocoagulation target ablation combined with ozone injection therapy and our department's orthopedic comprehensive conservative treatment can effectively improve the clinical pain symptoms of patients with cervical spondylosis,but radiofrequency thermocoagulation target ablation combined with ozone injection can more easily alleviate patients' corresponding symptoms.Clinical symptoms reduce the length of hospital stay,make it more efficient and effective for daily work and life,and adapt to the fast-paced social rhythm.In the short-term,conservative treatment can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with relatively slow,long treatment time,and patients may be treated inadequately or interrupted treatment due to other reasons such as work,study,etc.,which will reduce their efficacy.
