Cervical disc herniation is due to the fiber ring,cervical intervertebral disc nucleus pulposus,cartilage board,especially after degenerative diseases of nucleus pulposus of cervical vertebra,plus the effect of external factors,cause the bulgin,from rupture of nucleus pulposus or emergence,compression of adjacent spinal nerve roots and dural sac or spinal cord,resulting in a series of symptoms and signs.When the nerve root compression,it will cause neck and shoulder pain,soreness,limited mobility,accompanied by the emergence of both upper limbs nerve distribution numbness,weakness,sensory disorders,allergies and other symptoms.In modern minimally invasive therapy,radiofrequency target thermocoagulation combined with ozone ablation is regarded as a good choice.When used to treat nerve root compression type of cervical disc herniation,It is a simple,safe,effective,less invasive,fewer side effects,low cost and worth studying and promotion.Objective: Observe the two programs(radiofrequency target thermocoagulation combined with ozone ablation,a single radiofrequency target thermocoagulation surgery)treatment differences in clinical efficacy of the nerve root compression type of cervical disc herniation,and to explore more than two the clinical effects of therapeutic methods for the clinical treatment of this type of cervical disc herniation explore beneficial,standardized treatment and provide a meaningful clinical evidence,to maximize the advantages and potential of minimally invasive therapy for this disease.Methods: 60 cases of nerve root compression type cervical disc herniation patients from January 2015 to February 2016 in Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital orthopedic hospital,which were blindedly and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group received radiofrequency target thermocoagulation combined with ozone ablation therapy;the control group using a single radiofrequency target thermocoagulation therapy.With the pain visual analogue scale(VAS)as an indicator,observe the patients' pain score improved after treatment for 24 hours,for a week,for three months,comparing to the before treatment;With the improved Mac Nab evaluation criteria as an another indicator,to observe for two weeks of situation improved,getting the final results of clinical efficacy of science.Results: 60 cases actual statistics.(1)general information(age,gender): There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)of age and gender in 2 groups before the treatment.pain visual analogue scale(VAS): There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in2 groups before the treatment.(2)Improved situation of the pain according to the pain visual analogue scale(VAS),comparison in the group: 24 hours after treatment compared with before treatment was statistically difference(P < 0.05)in the two groups.A week after the treatment compared with before treatment was statistically difference(P < 0.05)in the two groups;Three months after the treatment compared with before treatment was statistically difference(P < 0.05)in the two groups.;A week after the treatment compared with 24 hours after treatment was statistically difference(P < 0.05)in the two groups;Three months after the treatment compared with one week after the treatment was statistically difference(P< 0.05)in the two groups.;Three months after the treatment compared with 24 hours after treatment was statistically difference(P < 0.05)in the two groups.Comparison between groups:The treatment group better improved the pain and had a statistically significance(P <0.05)compared with the control group for 24 hours after treatment,a week after the treatment,and even three months after the treatment.(3)Improved situation of the curative effect according to the therapeutic effect evaluation standard of modified Mac Nab: the treatment group' total effective rate was 90.0%,the control group' total effective rate was66.7%,the two groups had a statistical significance(P<0.05).There was a statistically difference between the treatment group with a total fine rate 63.3% and the control group with23.3%(P<0.05).There was statistically difference(P < 0.05)between the two groups for the distribution of the curative effect improvement,indicating that the treatment group could improve curative effect better than the control group.In the process of care to patients found no adverse reactions and adverse events.Conclusion: the two groups of methods in the treatment of cervical disc herniation can both obtain a better curative effect,as a minimally invasive combination therapy in the treatment of cervical disc herniation,radiofrequency target thermocoagulation combined with ozone ablation can significantly reduce the pain of patients,and its recent,mid,and long-term curative effect were higher than a single radiofrequency target thermocoagulation surgery.For the curative effect improvement,the two groups can both improve the postoperative symptoms effectively with better total effective rate and total fine rate.Radiofrequency target thermocoagulation combined with ozone ablation is superior to the single radiofrequency target thermocoagulation surgery in improving curative effect and worthy of clinical research and extension.
