Clinical Study Of Radio Frequency Ablation Combined With Ozone Injection In The Treatment Of Nerve Root Type Cervical Spondylosis And Simple Conservative Treatment

Objective: Contrast radio frequency ablation(ablation radio frequency)combined with ozone injection and simple conservative treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis(spondylosis radiculopathy cervical)clinical efficacy.Methods: The study began in January 2015,to the end of February 2016;the study had not the shedding of the subjects.Select 58 cases who diagnosed patients with single or double segments of nerve root type cervical spondylosis in the hospital from January to May in2015 treated spinal surgery in our hospital as the object of study,divided into treatment group A(radio frequency ablation combined with ozone injection in the treatment and control group B(First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi traditional Chinese medicine spinal surgery related conservative treatment),treatment group(30 cases)(male 13 cases,female 17 cases),control group(28 cases)(13 male,15 female patients),age distribution at the age of 28-70.Group A had a mean age of(44.27 + 8.30),group B(60.57 + 6.19)years of age.According to the medical history,symptoms,signs and related imaging findings.A group of patients with diagnosis of 14 cases of single segment prominent nerve root compression,16 cases with double segments protrusion compression of the nerve root;6 cases that the simple cervical segment 4 / 5 outstanding,and C5 nerve root compression,simple of C5 / 6 segments prominent in 5 cases,simple 3 / 4 of the cervical segment prominent in 3 cases,four fifths of theneck,the C5 / 6 double segments protrusion in 10 cases,neck 3 / 4 and four fifths of the cervical segment prominent in 6 cases.28 cases in the group B,12 cases of single segment highlights oppressive nerve root,16 cases with double segments protrusion compression of the nerve root;the simple cervical segment 4 / 5 outstanding,7 cases of C5 nerve root compression,simple of C5 / 6 segments prominent in 3 cases,simple 3 / 4 of the cervical segment prominent in 2 cases,four fifths of the neck,neck 5 / 6 double segment prominent in 9 cases,neck 3 / 4 and four fifths of the cervical segment prominent in 4 cases,C5 / 6 and 6 / 7 cervical segment prominent in 3cases.Through the analysis of two groups of patients with age,sex,and hospital bills,hospital time,before operation and 5 days after operation,1month after surgery,postoperative 3 months,after 6 months of VAS score and on the above indexes were statistically analyzed.To observe the curative effect of two different treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis symptoms remission.Results: All patients were successfully completed surgery and conservative treatment,no serious neurological and spinal cord injury,gender in the treatment group and control group were no significant difference,no statistical significance(P>0.05);A group and B group in the age,hospital stay,hospital costs,preoperative VAS and NDI,postoperative VAS and NDI score in every time between the two groups,the difference was significant,with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion(s):.Compared with conservative treatment,radio frequency ablation combined with ozone treatment can quickly relieve pain caused by nerve root compression,numbness of the limbs,neck activity limited and other symptoms,and the duration of treatment is longer,can reduce the patient's hospital stay,make it more quickly put into daily work and life,canmaximize the quality of life of patients,but want to conservative treatment,cost more.
