Clinical Study On The Relationship Between Molecular Typing And Related Molecular Markers And TCM Constitution

Objective:The purpose of this study is to investigate the occurrence regularity and the Distribution of TCM constitution.Also,we want to know the relationship between different TCM constitution and molecular typing and related molecular markers of breast cancer.Then we want to further understand which TCM constitution is more likely to get breast cancer and to explore the new idea of combining individualized diagnosis with "precision treatment".based on TCM constitution,and to provide theoretical support for the clinical prevention and treatment of breast cancer.It will provide theoretical support for the clinical prevention and treatment of breast cancerMethods:366 patients with breast cancer were selected who were admitted to the Jiangsu hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and Jiangsu cancer hospital from April 2017 to early December 2018.The questionnaire should be filled by the patient or with the help of medical staff.And then collect the completed data and establish a database.All data will be analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software.Results:Qi-stagnation constitution have the largest proportion,almost 24.04%of all the patients.Analyzing the correlation between constitution and molecular,it shows that the most common constitution distribution of the positive of estrogen receptor(ER)patients was Qi-stagnation.ER has no significant correlation with all TCM constitutions(P>0.05).Progesteronere receptor(PR)has obvious correlation with qi stagnation constitution.Humanepidermal growth factor receotor-2(HER-2)has correlation with the Qi-stagnation constitution.It also has obvious correlation with vital energy deficiency constitution and Yang-qi deficiency constitution.Ki-67 has no correlation with all TCM constitutions(P>0.05).Luminal A has the largest proportion Of all the patient.There is a certain correlation between TCM constitution and molecular typing of breast cancer by Crosstab.Qi stagnation constitution have the largest proportion.It has significant correlation with Luminal A type.There is a significant correlation between phlegm-dampness constitution and hygroscopicity with Luminal B type(P 0.005).There is no correlation between TCM constitution and Basal-Like type.There was a significant correlation between Yang-qi deficiency constitution and HER-2 type.Conclusions:The results of this study showed that the predisposing constitution and constitution distribution of breast cancer have certain rules to follow.The most common constitution of breast cancer is qi-stagnation,phlegm-dampness constitution and asthenic symptoms constitution.There is a certain correlation between TCM constitution and molecular classification of breast cancer.It has certain significance for primary prevention and treatment of breast cancer by TCM intervention.It Will become the new way of thingking of TCM for the treatment and prevention of breast cancer by combining distinguishing constitution with Syndrome differentiation.
