Objective:Based on digital breast tomosynthesis(DBT),the relationship between image features and molecular typing of breast cancer was discussed.Methods:The preoperative DBT data and postoperative pathological and immunohistochemical data of 147 cases of breast cancer were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were confirmed by surgery and pathology as primary breast cancer.According to Estrogen Receptor(ER),Progesterone Receptor(PR),Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor2(HER-2)levels of expression to classifies breast cancer as luminal A(ER-positive and(or)PR positive,HER-2 negative),luminal B(ER-positive and(or)PR positive,HER-2 Positive),HER-2 overexpression(ER negative,PR negative,HER-2 positive),triple negative breast cancer(ER negative,PR negative,HER-2 negative).Breast cancer was examined by Pearson?~2 test or Fisher exact probability The relationship between imaging features(simple mass,simple calcification,mass with calcification)and molecular subtypes.Results:Among 147 cases of breast cancer,according to molecular typing:Luminal A(63cases,42.9%),Luminal B(33 cases,22.4%),HER-2 overexpression(29 cases,19.7%),triple negative type(22 cases,15.0%).According to the characteristics of DBT images:simple mass(90 cases,61.2%),simple calcification(22 cases,15.0%),calcification in the mass(35 cases,23.8%).The performance of Luminal type A breast cancer on DBT was as follows:the ratio of mass with calcification was larger than that of simple mass and simple calcification.The incidence of burr-like lesions at the mass of the mass was larger than that of the boundary and the boundary,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.002,P<0.05).The ratio of simple calcification on Her-2 overexpressing DBT was greater than that of simple mass and mass with calcification,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ratio of simple mass in the DBT of triple-negative breast cancer is larger than that of the mass with calcium,and it is rarely manifested as simple calcification;the boundary shows that the ratio of boundary clearing is larger than that of starburst,and the boundary of the mass is characterized by the unclear boundary ratio is greater than the starburst The difference was statistically significant(P=0.035).Molecular typing of breast cancer was not associated with breast gland volume density,age,tumor diameter,axillary lymph node metastasis and tumor classification,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).conclusion:The images of different molecular types of breast cancer on DBT have their own characteristics.The molecular characteristics of breast cancer can be estimated by the characteristics of DBT images of breast cancer.The clinical work should be guided before surgery and biopsy,and personalized diagnosis and treatment programs should be done.
