| Objective:Objective to investigate and analyze the relationship between ultrasound imaging signs and molecular classification of breast cancer,as well as molecular markers Ki-67,PR,HER-2 and ER,so as to provide reference for the formulation and selection of clinical scheme,as well as the prediction of curative effect and prognosis,and improve the value of breast ultrasound in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of breast cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 109 patients with breast cancer who were diagnosed and operated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese medicine were retrospectively analyzed,including preoperative breast ultrasound examination,pathological results,immunohistochemistry and other results.The relationship between ultrasound signs(calcification,color Doppler flow imaging,posterior echo,lymph node metastasis)and molecular typing,molecular markers were analyzed,and the correlation was analyzed by analyzing and summarizing the data,we can get the relationship between the ultrasonic signs of breast cancer and the molecular classification and molecular markers,and draw a conclusion.Results:1.There was no significant correlation between the ultrasonographic signs,calcification,posterior echo,color Doppler flow imaging,lymph node metastasis and molecular classification of breast cancer(P > 0.05).2.There was no significant correlation between ultrasound signs and lymph node metastasis in 109 cases of breast cancer(P > 0.05).3.The blood flow signals in 109 cases of breast cancer were related to the positive expression rate of PR(P < 0.05),that is,when the color Doppler ultrasound of breast tumor showed strip blood flow signals,the probability of PR positive was higher,and when the color Doppler ultrasound of breast tumor showed rich blood flow signals,the probability of PR negative was higher.4.In 109 cases of breast cancer patients with lymph node metastasis,the expression rate of Ki-67 ≥ 14% was more likely(P < 0.05).5.The color Doppler flow signals of 109 cases of breast cancer were related to the trend of PR expression(P < 0.05).There was no significant correlation between the ultrasonographic signs(calcification,posterior echo,lymph node metastasis)and the expression of ER and HER-2(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.The blood flow in breast cancer is related to the expression of PR.when the color Doppler ultrasound of breast tumor shows strip blood flow signal,PR is more likely to be positive.When the color Doppler ultrasound of breast tumor shows rich blood flow signal,PR is more likely to be negative.Moreover,the blood flow signal of breast tumor is related to the expression trend of PR.this type of breast cancer is more likely It is suitable for endocrine therapy with better therapeutic effect.2.When lymph node metastasis occurs in breast cancer,the probability of Ki-67≥ 14% is higher,which indicates that the growth rate of tumor is fast,the degree of malignancy is high,and the prognosis is poor. |
