Study On The Relationship Between Breast Cancer And TCM Constitution And Cancer Toxicity

Objective:This study used a questionnaire survey to study the characteristics of breast cancer patients’ physical distribution and the relationship between different physical types and molecular classification of breast cancer and related markers,as well as the relationship between breast cancer and cancer toxicity.Summarize the common physique and cancer toxic distribution of breast cancer,explore the new ideas of applying cancer-toxin mechanism theory to treat breast cancer based on the combination gene-physique-disease and gene-discrimination-discrimination-dialysis.Method:Select 400 breast cancer patients who visited the hospital from May 2019 to November 2019,and fill out the questionnaire with the assistance of the patient or the investigator.Then collect the questionnaire,make statistics on the survey data,compile the survey data into the database,and then use the data analysis software SPSS25.0 for analysis.Results:Through the analysis of the survey data,the study found that the physique type had the most stagnation and the least endurance.Judging from the molecular typing markers of TCM constitution and breast cancer,Qi depression is most distributed in ER(+)(estrogen receptor,ER),but ER(+)has no obvious correlation with TCM constitution(P>0.05).In PR(+)(progesteronere receptor,PR)patients,studies have shown that PR(+)is significantly related to Qi depression(P=0.02).HER-2(+)(humanepidermal growth factor-2,HER-2)is not only significantly related to qi depression,but also related to yang deficiency.Ki-67 expression has no correlation with Chinese medicine constitution.In the molecular classification of breast cancer,TCM constitution also shows a certain correlation with it.Qi depression has the highest proportion in patients with LuminalA type.Compared with other types,it has obvious differences(P<0.01).Luminal B type has a significant correlation with phlegm-humidity and dampness-heat quality,which is statistically significant.Among patients with HER-2 type,Yang deficiency has the largest proportion,and statistical analysis indicates that Yang deficiency has a significant correlation with HER-2 type(P=0.001).Basal-like type has no correlation with physical fitness(P=0.620).The types of cancer toxin in the research cases can be divided into five categories,of which the largest proportion is stasis;the specific types are single cancer toxin types and compound cancer toxin types.Compound cancer toxin account for a large proportion,with cold and phlegm,Stasis and cold poison,stasis and poison are mainly compound,and all types of compound cancer poison have stasis and poison participation.Conclusion:This study shows that there is a certain pattern of physical fitness and breast cancer incidence.The constitution of breast cancer has a certain correlation with the molecular classification of breast cancer,and the cancer toxic distribution of breast cancer has certain characteristics,which has certain significance for the prevention and treatment of breast cancer.In clinical practice,starting from gene-physique-disease,combining gene-diagnosis-disease-difference-dialysis,and applying cancer toxin mechanism theory to treat breast cancer provides new ideas.
