Objective:To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of Sheng Jin Decoction in the treatment of children's allergic cough with deficiency of Qi and Yin by comparing the changes of specific index values before and after treatment, and to explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease,so as to better guide clinical medication.Methods:60 children with the syndrome of Qi and Yin deficiency in children with allergic cough were divided into two groups, namely the treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. In the treatment group,Sheng Jin Decoction was used, and the specific prescriptions were:10g nan sha shen,10g bei sha shen,10g zhi huang qi,9g mai dong,9g bai bu,9g zi yuan,9g kuan dong hua,6g wu wei zi,3g gan cao.One dose daily, divided morning and evening, take medicine time and eat interval of about 1 hour. The control group was treated with montelukast sodium chewable tablets(Shuneming)combined with loratadine tablets(Keritan)orally. The two groups were treated for two consecutive courses of treatment with one course of treatment for two weeks. The changes in symptoms before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups, and objective evaluation was conducted by means of data analysis. Results:The effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group and 80.00%in the control group. For the time, degree and shortness of breath of the main cough, the P value of the intra-group comparison was 0.000,all less than 0.01,indicating that both the treatment group and the control group were effective in the treatment of the main cough, and the effect was significant.P values between the groups were all less than 0.05,indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the treatment of the main symptoms. For the phlegm volume, runny nose, weakness, thirst, complexion and defecation, the P value in the treatment group was greater than 0.05 compared with the control group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups, indicating that the two groups had similar effects in the treatment of the above cases. However,P value was less than 0.01 for itching, sweating and appetite, indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in the improvement of itching, sweating and appetite. Conclusion:Sheng Jin Decoction has a good effect in treating the syndrome of deficiency of Qi and Yin in children with allergic cough, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children, and has high drug safety, which is worthy of promotion and use in clinical practice.
