Clinical Observation Of Catgut Embedding At Acupoint For Breast Enhancement

Objective:This study used the catgut embedding at acupoints to observe the clinical effect of breast enhancement so as to improve the better method for clinical breast enhancement in the future.Methods:Sixty subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to the treatment group and the control group(also known as the waiting group)according to the order of treatment,with 30 cases in each group.In the treatment,catgut embedding at acupoints was used.The main points were Rugeng(ST18),Danzhong(RN17),Dabao(SP21),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Zusanli(ST36),Guanyuan(RN4)and Qihai(RN6).The treatment group was treated once every two weeks for four times,while the blank control group did not do any treatment.All subjects were recorded breast general condition,TCM symptom score,breast fitness score and The Breast-Q scale score before treatment,4 weeks after treatment and 8 weeks after treatment.This study observed the improvement of breast indicators and scores,and made statistical analysis to evaluate the treatment results.Results:1.General breast information:(1)From the view of chest circumference efficiency,the treatment group had 4 weeks of treatment,4 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective and 12 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 60.00%,11 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective after 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 93.33%.(2)In terms of volume efficiency,in the treatment group,4 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were effective and 11 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 63.33%.After 8 weeks,18 cases were markedly effective,9 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 90.00%.(3)After treatment,the average chest circumference increased by 2.42 cm,the average breast volume increased by 91.41 cm 3,the breast axis h increased by 0.71 cm,and the radius under breast increased by 0.7 cm in the treatment group.There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in breast distance SN-N,breast radius R0 and breast radius R2(P>0.05).2.Scale score(1)From the efficacy of TCM symptomatology,the total effective rate was 80.00%in the treatment group after 4 weeks of treatment,11 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective and 6 cases were ineffective.After 8 weeks of treatment,25 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective,and the total effective rate was 96.00%.It shows that catgut embedding at acupoints can significantly improve the symptomatic scores of TCM subjects,improve the quality of life of patients,and the therapeutic effect of 8 weeks is better than that of 4 weeks.According to TCM symptom score,the difference of TCM symptom score between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.After treatment,catgut embedding at acupoints and breast enrichment can significantly improve the TCM symptoms score of the subjects,and there is a significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).(3)From the breast fitness score,the difference of breast fitness score between the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.After treatment,catgut embedding at acupoints can improve breast fitness score,which is significantly different from that before treatment and control group(P<0.05)(4)The Breast Q Scale Score Observation:After treatment,Catgut Embedding at acupoints can improve the breast satisfaction score,psychosocial score and physical condition score of the subjects,with significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).However,catgut embedding at acupoints and breast enrichment could not significantly improve the sexual life score of the subjects,and there was no significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Catgut embedding at acupoints can significantly increase breast volume,chest circumference,breast axis and radius under breast.2.Acupoint catgut embedding can improve the TCM symptom score,breast fitness score,breast satisfaction score,psychosocial score and body condition score of beauty seekers.3.Acupoint catgut embedding breast-enriching method is simple,safe and effective,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
