Based on the research results of amblyopia,it can be inferred that amblyopia is increasingly becoming one of the diseases affecting children's health. The adverse effects caused by amblyopia, such as impaired visual function of patients themselves, that increased psychological pressure of patients and their families, that increased family financial burden and poor treatment compliance,.It has become a dilemma faced by some amblyopic children and their families. The hospital with medical social workers can provide effective services for amblyopic children and their families, and continuously contribute to improving the welfare of amblyopic children and their families.Under the guidance of ecosystem theory and cognitive behavior theory, this study evaluates the concerns and dilemmas of amblyopic children and their families through case studies and evaluation studies.Compliance is divided into two types:checking compliance and treatment compliance. In view of children with poor checking compliance, three levels of ecosystem theory including micro-system,meso-system and macro-system are used to design service plans respectively.Firstly,self-system:changing cognition, reducing fear of checking, using propaganda cartoons of departments to make use of.The service object explains and observes what he sees, and then distinguishes the ophthalmic examination from the unpleasant experience of the previous hospital.,so as to reduce the resistance to the ophthalmic examination.Secondly, family system:reduce family members 'sense of guilt and enhance their attention to amblyopia examination and treatment.Medical social workers not only alleviate the self-guilt of family members, especially those who suffer from myopia, but also rethink risky factors of amblyopia and the importance of visual acuity examination before diagnosis and during treatment by providing opportunities for emotional ventilation,it can improve understanding between each other's thoughts and providing relevant expertise in amblyopia medicine. In the aspect of service system,we can improve the treatment environment and service quality by cooperating with medical staff, discussing the change of tone and mode of communication with children, and timely responding to the questions of patients' families.By collecting the data from patients, patients' families and service systems(including hospitals and schools),we found that the poor treatment compliance of amblyopic children is closely related to their own and surrounding environment.Under the guidance of ecosystem theory and cognitive behavior theory, this paper analyzed the ecosystem and compliance of service objects. Finally, through providing professional services, the cognition of children and their families was rebuilt, and the family, school and hospital environment which conducive to treatment was established.
