Amblyopia is a common developmental eye disease, the treatment of amblyopia isa long-time work. As children like moving, not self-binding and poor compliance, sothe time of treatment was delayed. In order to improve the compliance and initiative andimprove the efficiency,to develop an effective and personalized programs have beenbecome the focus of therapy for children amblyopia. The main contents are as follows:1.The paper reviews the status and importance of amblyopia, combined with thebackground of the presented in this paper.2. According to the psychological characteristics of children and the principles ofcognitive therapy, the system select the training materials for children, then, to designfine operation, red light flashes and visual physiological stimulimodules. The systemwill adjust the next visual stimui presentation according to compliance rate before andafter the training process based on the child’s cognitive drive theory. The personalizedtraining missions will be given from feedback data.3. After a month of clinical trials, the experimental group (5patient were using theonline system) and the control group (4patient covered only) before and after visualacuity, contrast sensitivity, they showed that experimental group were improved invarying degrees. The control group are not significantly improvement in contrastsensitivity and the visual acuity. Using paired T check found that the experimentalgroup p=0.014<0.05, significant difference, the control group p=0.076>0.05, nosignificant difference. The results showed that: this paper will improve the efficiency ofthe treatment of children amblyopia and explored a new way in clinical treatment ofchildren amblyopia.
