Amblyopia brings a lot of inconvenience for people’s lives and study,especially can cause serious impact to the mind and body of young children. In recent years,The proportion of children with amblyopia is becoming higher and higher.The treatment of amblyopia is not only the focus of the society but also an important research subject.Traditional instruments of device therapy requires a high degree of co-operation between doctors and patients,at the same time,the treatment contains singleness content and children’s participation will be not high.However today’s computer-based treatment software,it has the diversified treatment content,but the location of the treatment is fixed and it’s complex to operate. To solve these problems, this paper based on the traditional medical theory and modern computer technology,the retina technology and nerve visual treatment technology,design a portable amblyopia treatment system.This paper focuses on the overall design and implementation of amblyopia treatment system.In the part of system design,binocular stereo vision model is established,the relationship between the disparity and the depth can be obtained across the model.Meanwhile,it also introduces the selection basis of each function module of treatment programs and specific design method. In the implementation part,this part will make further research on the technology of creating random dot stereogram with different depth based on the gradual separation principle and red and blue stereo image pairs based on the projection matrix.In addition,In addition, the OpenGL transform matrix and Box2 d simulation library are introduced to realize the node transformation and collision detection technology. And then,the algorithm and flow diagram of typical program are introduced,such as dynamic random dot generation,variable depth of red and blue pair stereo elimination games.Finally,the system innovation points and advantages are summarized,and the practicability and the scientific of the system are verified through the method of comparison and experimental.Embedded devices was choosed as the system’s platform.The system uses the touch screen technology to simulate different kinds of contrast and the stimulation mode of spatialfrequency, multimedia technology is used to combine the games, music, animation and amblyopia treatment,which making patients could get treatment when they are playing the game. At the same time, adding some learning elements in the game could make the treatment more interesting, more portable and puzzle,which converts the past dull amblyopia treatment to the interesting visual training treatment system that gathers the treatment of training,learning, entertainment, intelligence development,in accordance with children’s psychological characteristics.This kind of design is consistent with the psychological characteristics of children, so that patients actively participate in treatment, the effect of treatment is more significant.
