Objective:To detect the polymorphism of BCR gene locus rs2267018(A>G),and to explore its relationship with coronary heart disease. Methods:From August 2009 to August 2017,1146 subjects were selected from the Yanbian University Hospital, which were 578 patients in the coronary heart disease group and 568 patients in the control group. The polymerase chain reaction(PCR),Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism(RFLP)and DNA sequencing techniques were used to analyze the genotypes of BCR locus rs2267018(A>G)and the distribution of the gene.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS statistical software 23.0.The general data of the coronary heart disease group and the control group were compared with the chi-square test and the t-test.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Chi-square test was used to analyze whether the distribution of genotypes was consistent with Hardy-Weinberg's law of genetic balance,ie p>0.05.Genotypes were analyzed using a logistic regression model with comparisons of odds ratios(OR)and 95%confidence intervals(CI).Result:(1)Comparing the data of general data between the coronary heart disease group and control group,it can be concluded that the prevalence of hypertension, the prevalence of diabetes and the drinking rate, the three groups of data have statistical differences,of which coronary heart disease Group data were higher than controls.(2)There was no significant difference between the actual frequency and the predicted frequency of various genotypes in the coronary heart disease group and the control group(p>0.05),which was consistent with the Hardy-Weinberg genetic equilibrium law.(3)There was a statistically significant difference in the proportion of genotypes and genes in the coronary heart disease group and the control group(p<0.05).(4)Taking the AA genotype as a reference, the risk of coronary heart disease in the GA genotype population was 1.501 times that of the AA genotype;the risk of coronary heart disease in the GG genotype was 1.448 times higher than that of the AA genotype.(5)Using the A allele as a reference, the risk of coronary heart disease in the population with the G allele was 1.486 times that of the population with the A allele. Conclusion:There is a certain correlation between the polymorphism of BCR gene locus rs2267018(A>G)and coronary heart disease. The risk of coronary heart disease in people with G allele or GG genotype may be higher than that in the general population.
