Objective: Coronary heart disease(CHD)is one of a common human disease. Its morbidity and mortality are still high. With the development of genome wide association analysis, many genes related to coronary heart disease have been found, and CYP17A1 is more studied. The purpose of this study was investigated the association between CYP17A1(rs4409766,rs1004467)gene polymorphism and coronary heart disease and in order to provide a new approach for the early diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods: A total of 177 patients in department of cardiovascular in the hospital from June 2014 to February 2016 were selected from the Affiliated hospital of Qingdao University,RT-PCR technique was used to conduct(rs4409766,rs1004467)SNP analysis of CYP17A1 in 88 cases with coronary heart disease(group A),89 cases with non-coronary heart disease(group B);then compared the difference in genotype and allele frequency distribution between the two groups;Using SPSS22.0 software for processing, the data between the two groups were compared by t test or chi square test, and the genotype distribution was analyzed by Hardy Weinberg genetic balance, with P<0.05 as the difference, which was statistically significant. Results: No significant statistic differences was found in the genotypic distributions for the polymorphism at rs4409766 of CYP17A1 between group A and group B(?2=5.485,P=0.064,P>0.05);and no significant statistic differences was found in the allelic frequencies for the polymorphism at rs4409766 of CYP17A1 between group A and group B(?2=0.399,P=0.528,P>0.05).But genotypic distribution of CC with CT+TT was significantly different between CHD group and control groups(?2=4.229,P=0.038);No significant statistic differences was found in the genotypic distributions for the polymorphism at rs1004467 of CYP17A1 between group A and group B(?2=2.306,P=0.316,P>0.05);and no significant statistic differences was found in the allelic frequencies for the polymorphism at rs1004467 of CYP17A1 between group A and group B(?2=0.128,P=0.721,P>0.05).Conclusion: Our data indicate that rs4409766 of CYP17A1 is related to coronary heart disease,rs1004467 of CYP17A1 is not associated with the coronary heart disease. Objective: Antiplatelet therapy combined with clopidogrel and aspirin has become a common solution in treatment of coronary heart disease, but in clinical practice due to the different people, different races, leading to the existence of different individual differences in response to clopidogrel, which is a part of the individual or clopidogrel low response to clopidogrel, this purpose of the study was investigated the correlation between CYP17A1 gene polymorphism and clopidogrel resistance in coronary heart disease. Methods :Patients in department of cardiovascular in the hospital from June 2014 to October 2016 were selected as study objects,RT-PCR technique was used to conduct SNP analysis of CYP17A1 in 52 cases with clopidogrel resistance(group CR),117 cases with non-clopidogrel resistance(group NCR);Using SPSS22.0 software for processing, the data between the two groups were compared by t test or chi square test, and the genotype distribution was analyzed by Hardy Weinberg genetic balance, with P<0.05 as the difference, which was statistically significant. Results: No significant statistic differences was found in the genotypic distributions and allelic frequencies for the polymorphism at 3 SNPs of CYP17A1 between group CR and group NCR(all,P>0.05);Conclusion: Our data indicate that CYP17A1 is not associated with coronary heart disease.
