Clinical Study On The Therapeutic Effect Of Knee Osteoarthritis (Knee Gubi Disease) Through Acupuncture At Different Depths

Objective:By exploring the different depths of acupuncture on the therapeutic effect of knee osteoarthritis(knee Gubi disease),this paper expounds the influence of specific acupuncture depth and whether acupuncture enters the joint cavity on the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on KOA.Methods:From November 2017 to November 2018,60 patients with knee osteoarthritis diagnosed by the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Jilin Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine)were assigned to the treatment group and the control group with a 1:1 randomization method according to the time sequence of patients entering the study.The main point of acupuncture(double leg)is the variable of the subject research,and the matching points are non-variables.Main points:treatment group:using the application of short thorn theory,EX-LE2?EX-LE4?ST35three points were 45~0 oblique thorn 2 inches,to ensure the needle into the joint cavity,close by bone.Control group:using the theory of subcutaneous shallow thorn theory,EX-LE2?EX-LE4?ST35 were 45~0 oblique 0.5 inch,to make sure not to penetrate the joint cavity,only subcutaneous stimulation.Matching acupoints:SP10?ST34?SP9?GB34?ST36?SP6 were all 45~0oblique thorns,the needle tip points to the disease site,so that the qi after needle sensation is radiated to the deep layer of the keen,and the oblique thorn is 2 inches;GB39?KI3 straight stab 1 inch.Andy brand 0.35 x 50mm and 0.35 x 75mm needles were used.Both the treatment group and the control group used neutral supplementation and draining method.After arrival of qi,the needle is lifting-thrusting reinforcing-reducing for 3 minutes.30 minutes for needle time,Once a day,7 days a course of treatment,2 courses in a row.Results:1.In the clinical study of the therapeutic effect on different depths of acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis(knee Gubi disease),the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.67%and 83.33%,respectively.Both groups have clinical efficacy.2.The efficacy of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group.Preliminary indicates that the depth of acupuncture has a certain impact on clinical efficacy.The treatment of deep acupuncture depth and penetration into the joint cavity is better than the treatment of shallow acupuncture depth.3.The therapeutic effects of the treatment group and the control group all showed good therapeutic effects,but the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better but not extremely significantly than that of the control group.Conclusion:The two kinds of needle acupuncture depth have good clinical effect on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(knee Gubi disease),the treatment of deep acupuncture depth and penetration into the joint cavity is more effective,but if the patient due to psychological factors and knee swelling or deformity cannot choose the deep needle therapy,can also use shallow needle therapy for systemic treatment.
