Purpose: In the treatment of chronic diarrhea caused by deficiency of temper,the long-term clinical efficacy of yuhepei acupuncture point and western medicine smecta was compared,and a acupuncture method with certain clinical value was concluded to improve the spleen and stomach function and physical quality of patients by regulating the acquired qi of spleen and stomach..Method: In this study,a total of 72 cases that met the diagnostic criteria were divided into groups,with 7 cases falling off and 65 cases in total.Two groups were randomly assigned(33 cases in the acupuncture treatment group and32 cases in the western medicine control group),with one course of treatment for 6 days.After each course of treatment,the patients rested for 1 day,and the relevant data were statistically analyzed after three courses of treatment.Result: After three courses of treatment,symptoms of the patients treated by yu he and acupoint acupuncture improved to a certain extent,but in terms of short-term efficacy,the timely effect of smecta was better than that of yu he and acupoint acupuncture.However,the side effects of yu he matching acupoint method were lower and the patients were satisfied.Two groups of three courses of treatment after 4 months follow-up before and after treatment two group total effective rate were 93.94%(yu combined with acupuncture point acupuncture group),68.75%(smecta group of western medicine),based on the data before and after treatment comparison,induction,and listening to patients to heal the psychological and physical feeling,generalize a conclusion: shu combined with acupuncture point method after the acupuncture treatment of patients with spleen and stomach function greatly improved,the long-term curative effect is distinct,improve the patients' perception of acupuncture,recommend a more valuable for clinical therapy.Conclusion:Compared with western medicine smecta,the long-term clinical effect of yuhepai acupoint acupuncture is significant,which can significantly improve the patients' condition of spleen and stomach,alleviate the pain ofdiarrhea and improve the quality of life,improve the patients' cognition of the treatment scope of acupuncture,improve the patients' fear of acupuncture,and promote a reference therapy for this disease. |
