Clinical Observation Of Buxue Yiwei Decoction In Treating Nutritional Iron Deficiency Anemia

Objective:Through the observation of the clinical efficacy of children with Iron-deficiency anemia,the clinical efficacy of oral administration of blood-enriching Stomach-Boosting Decoction in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia(spleen and stomach weakness syndrome)is discussed to provide new ideas and strong clinical basis for the clinical treatment of this disease.Methods: Sixty-four children with anemia were randomly divided into treatment group(33 cases)and control group(31 cases).The treatment group was given blood enriching Stomach-Boosting Decoction,while the control group was given iron proteinsuccinate oral liquid.Both groups were given 4 week.After the test,the changes of symptoms and signs and hemoglobin content before and after the two groups were compared.Results: In the treatment group(Buxue Yiwei Decoction),the number of cured cases was 29,the number of markedly effective cases was 3,the number of effective cases was 1,and the number of ineffective cases was 0.The cure rate was 87.88%.The control group(Iron Proteinsuccinylate Oral Solution)had 21 cured cases,3 markedly effective cases,7 effective cases and 0 ineffective cases,with a cure rate of 67.74%.Conclusion: Buxue Stomach-Boosting Decoction is an effective and safe prescription for the treatment of Iron-deficiency anemia(spleen and stomach weakness syndrome)in children.It can not only increase hemoglobin content,but also significantly improve clinical symptoms and signs of anemia children.It is superior to iron in improving flour's pale lip color,Appetite hypofunction,listlessness,hyperhidrosis,dysphoria and irregular stool,and has no obvious side effects.
