Chiropractic Combined With Iron Dextranin Treatment Of Children With Irondeficiency Anemia (Stomach Syndrome) Clinical Observation

Purpose: Efficacy and safety of clinical observation of chiropractic combined with iron dextran in treatment of children with iron deficiency anemia of spleen and stomach deficiency,recording symptoms of children with nutritional iron deficiency anemia after treatment and prognosis related signs,and on the basis of summarize and explore the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease,as a guide the clinical rational use of drugs,to provide adequate theoretical basis for the improvement of children with nutritional iron deficiency anemia treatment efficiency.To provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of nutritional iron deficiency anemia in children and to provide effective basis for the exploration of the development of new drugs for the treatment of this disease.Method: During the clinical treatment,90 children with nutritional iron deficiency anemia(spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome)were randomly selected and diagnosed at the same time.They were randomly divided into 3 groups,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given orally at the same time,Iron Dextran Oral Solution combined with pediatric chiropractic therapy;the control group 1 to give Iron Dextran Oral Solution oral;control group 2 to give the children a week for chiropractic therapy;the 1 course of treatment,continuous observation records of 4 course of treatment,after 1 months of follow-up,the clinical effect of treatment between the 3 groups and the recurrence rate after treatment.Result: The three groups after their treatment after treatment,the total efficiency of the treatment group was90.0%,invalid in 2 cases(6.7%),effective in 7cases(23.3%),18 cases(60.0%),3 cases were cured(10.0%);the control group 1 of the total effective rate was 83.3%,ineffective in 5 cases(16.7%),effective 14 cases(46.7%),10 cases(33.3%),1 cases were cured(3.3%);the control group 2 of the total effective rate was 80.0%,ineffective in 6 cases(20.0%),effective in 14 cases(46.7%),10 cases(33.3%),0 cases were cured(0%);the total cure rate of the treatment group significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),suggesting that there are significant differences;the control group 1 and control group 2(P>0.05),no significant difference in clinical efficacy.Conclusion: Chiropractic combined with Iron Dextran Oral Solution in the treatment of children with iron deficiency anemia of spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome clinical curative effect,low recurrence rate,long-term curative effect,provides a new way for diagnosis and treatment in the prevention of nutritional iron deficiency anemia and clinical treatment,but also provide a theoretical basis for the effective development of new drugs for the treatment of this disease.
