PurposeBy observing the non-iron Jianpi Buxue Chinese herbal compound on iron-deficiency anemia molecular indexes of iron metabolism,iron Jianpi Buxue explore traditional Chinese medicine compound treatment of iron deficiency anemia mechanism,for the Chinese medicine treatment of the disease to provide comprehensive intervention molecular level theory based on traditional Chinese medicine to improve clinical skills,to facilitate the promotion of the application.MethodAccording to " the Clinical Guiding Rules of Treating Pediatric Iron-deficiency Anemia with New Drugs of TCM",Laid down by State Drugs Administration in 2002,Science Press in 2003,"Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Pediatrics","the Rules of Diagnosis and Curative Effect of TCM Disorder",established by the State Administration of TCM in 1994;and "the Diagnosis Rules of Pediatric Iron- deficiency Anemia",set down by the National Scientific Conference of Pediatric Blood Disease in 1998,the clinical research adopted the method of accumulating points in quantifying the improve of syndronme before snd after therapy,On before and after treatment to quantify the improvement of the symptom score,including the face,loss of appetite, fatigue shenpi,stool,lips,tongue color,fingerprints or pulse points and other items separately.One of the treatment group the use of non-iron Jianpi Buxue Chinese herbal compound(Group Fangzhong dosage in children according to age, body weight adjusted dose),a date,a total of four weeks and,if necessary, once a two weeks;control group,oral iron treatment,three times a day, January course.Observed before and after treatment face,loss of appetite,shenpi weakness,stool,lips,tongue color,fingerprints, or pulse,as well as indicators of iron metabolism(serum iron,transferrin, total iron-binding capacity,ferritin) value changes,through random, Case-control method was used to observe the 92 cases,treatment group and control group according to the ratio of 1:1,randomized treatment group,46 cases,46 cases of the control group.ResultsThis study investigated a total of 92 children with iron deficiency anemia, in which the largest age group was 13 years old,the youngest was 6 months, 28 cases of boys,18 cases of girls,a ratio of 1.5:1 for men and women;the control group is about the oldest 14 years old,the youngest was 6 months, 27 cases of boys,19 cases of girls,a ratio of 1.4:1 for men and women;the two groups are comparable before and after treatment compared to the testing of indicators and analysis of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms we found: Jianpi blood of non-iron compound Chinese medicine treatment of children with iron deficiency anemia clinical efficacy is mainly reflected in:Non-iron treatment of Chinese herbal compound Jianpi blood group cure rate of 87%;iron control group,the cure rate was 72%of the total;overall cure rate of the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05);Non-iron compound traditional Chinese medicine to improve blood Jianpi iron deficiency anemia in children with clinical symptoms,such as the face,loss of appetite, fatigueshenpi,stool,tongue color,such as overall significant improvement in efficacy,the effect was significant overall cure rate of one treatment group 85%;iron(ferrous sulfate) in control group was 63%overall cure rate, the overall cure rate compared the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05);Comparison before and after treatment of iron metabolism changes in the level of indicators,we found that non-iron Jianpi Buxue Chinese herbal compound and iron treatment group on the IDA indicators of iron metabolism in children with the level of change have had a certain influence,can make serum iron,ferritin levels of serum transferrin,total iron-binding capacity lower level,using paired T tests show there is significant that such changes have statistical significance(P<0.01).comparing the treatment group and control group for serum iron,ferritin,serum transferrin and total iron-binding capacity changes in the level of results showed no significant difference between the two(P>0.05). DiscussionJianpi blood of non-iron compound Chinese medicine treatment of iron deficiency anemia compared iron(ferrous sulfate) in control group,and its considerable effect,the advantage of non-oral iron(ferrous sulfate) in the treatment of the gastrointestinal tract caused,etc.side effects and can significantly reduce the TCM Syndrome Differentiation of the integral factor to improve the clinical symptoms,efficacy and stability.
