Clinical Study On Huafeng Decoction For Yiqi Ziyin In Treating Diabetic Nephropathy With Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin

Objective:Observation and research of Yiqi Ziyin and windtransmission as the treatment principle,and using the huafeng decoction of replenishing qi and nourishing yin combined with western medicine routine methods to treat diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of both qi and yin(phase III).Observe the relevant laboratory indicators,and objectively and scientifically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Ziyin Huafeng decoction in treating diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of both Qi and yin.Methods:Select the Sixty-two patients who were diagnosed as stage ? diabetic nephropathy,meet the syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin and informed consent to participate in the experiment.Patients were divided into control group(conventional treatment)and treatment group(conventional treatment + Yiqi Ziyin Huofeng Decoction)according to the principle of randomized and concurrent controlled trial using single-blind method.There were 31 cases in control group and31 cases in treatment group.Control group: Giving routine treatment.Experimental group: Add Yiqi Ziyin Huafeng decoction to the above conventional treatment methods.Observed course of treatment: 4 Weeks as a course of treatment,and observe3 courses of treatment.After treatment,the clinical symptoms,laboratory tests and effective rates of the two groups were observed.Results:1.The 62 cases were included in the experimental study,31 cases in the control group,31 cases in the experimental group,There was no significant difference in age,sex,course of disease,symptoms and other general data between the two groups before treatment.(P > 0.05).2.After three courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was54.84%;The total effective rate of the treatment group was80.65%.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).3.After three courses of treatment,the control group improved the efficiency of TCM syndromes was 35.48%;The experimental group improved the efficiency of TCM syndromes was 70.97%.The experimental group was superior to the control group in improving the clinical symptoms of TCM.(P < 0.05).4.After three courses of treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in the comparison of clinical efficacy indexes of Urine microalbumin,24-hour urinary protein,Cystatin C and Glycosylated hemoglobin.(P < 0.05).5.There was no significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups in the treatment of serum ?2 microglobulin,Fasting plasma glucose and 2hour postprandial blood glucose.Conclusion:Through the clinical observation and data processing of this study,the diabetic nephropathy patients with stage ? belongs to the deficiency of both qi and yin type patients in western medicine on the basis of conventional treatment with Huafeng decoction for Yiqi Ziyin has better clinical curative effect.The curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group in improving the total curative effect,improving the clinical syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine,reducing urinary microalbumin,24-hour urinary protein,cystatin c and glycosylated hemoglobin.In the process of the test,No serious adverse reactions were found during the test,no obvious defects were found,and the test has high safety and is worthy of popularization and application.
