| Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Ziyin extinguish wind particles to the treatment of Yin deficiency pneumatic type of Tourett syndrome, to discuss the relationship between the Tourett syndrome and serum atopic allergens and the influence of the Ziyin extinguish wind particles on the serum atopic allergens.Methods:Select60cases of children with tourette syndrome who met all of the standards, and then divided them into two groups randomly. The treatment group was given oral Chinese medicine treatment from Ziyin extinguish wind particles, the control group was given oral medicine tiapride hydrochloride. They followed a course of treatment, for a period of two months. The total effect was observed in patients before and after treatment, noting changes in symptom score and noting serum atopic allergen levels changeResults:(1)The total effect:the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05).(2)Symptom score:①motor tics:the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05).②vocal tics:the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05). the treatment group has no adverse reactions during the treatment.(3)Serum atopic allergens:the treatment group is superior to the control group in decreasing the serum atopic allergens (P<0.05).(4)Blood routine and liver and kidney function had no obvious abnormal change.Conclusions:(1)ZiYin extinguish wind particles have a great clinical curative effect on Yin deficiency pneumatic type of Tourette syndrom, and its clinical efficacy is superior to western medicine tiapride hydrochloride.(2)The occurrence of Tourette symptoms has a certain relationship with atopic serum allergen. ZiYin extinguish wind particles can effectively reduce the positive detection rate of the atopic serum allergen,but the western medicine tiapride hydrochloride barely has no effect on the atopic serum allergen.(3)Both of the two groups had no serious adverse reactions during the course of treatment. |
