Based On The Theory Of Five Yun And Six Qi Of Neijing,Study On The Occurrence Of Haze In Changchun City And Its Correlation With The Incidence Of Pulmonary Diseases

Objective:Based on the theory of the Five yun and six qi of the Internal Economics,combined with the data of 12 meteorological factors related to Changchun City from January 20,2013to January 20,2018,the data of smog in Changchun City and the affiliated to Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Case data of hospital lung diseases,after screening for complete cases,selected cases from January 20,2015 to January 20,2018.By constructing a meteorological database,a haze database,a disease database,and applying statistical methods to analyze the occurrence of haze in the Five yun and six qi,the relationship between haze data and meteorological data,and the incidence of lung diseases in the Five yun and six qi.And analyze the incidence of lung diseases inFive yun and six qi during the haze,and find out the relationship between the climate change of Five yun and six qi and the occurrence of haze and the relationship between the occurrence of haze and the incidence of lung diseases.The paper summarizes the Five yun and six qi and the pathogenic characteristics of haze occurrence in the theoretical system of Neijing.Provide reference for the prevention of lung diseases caused by haze in Changchun City.Methods:1.According to the theory of Five yun and six qi,the five-year haze data of Changchun City from January 20,2013 to January 20,2018 will be divided into different five-time and six-qi periods according to time,and a database of haze occurrence days will be established.According to the Air Quality Index(AQI),it is divided into excellent(0-50),good(51-100),mild pollution(101-150),moderate pollution(151-200),severe pollution(201-300)and serious Pollution(>300),in which AQI is excellent and good,is classified as no haze pollution.2.Establish a database of 12 meteorological factors in Changchun City during the same period,including average temperature,minimum temperature,maximum temperature,maximum pressure,minimum pressure,relative humidity,minimum relative humidity,sunshine hours,sunshine percentage,sunshine difference,precipitation,average wind speed.3.Screening for information on complete lung disease cases,select the Five yun and six qi period from January 20,2015 to January 20,2018,and establish a database of lung disease incidence,and the lung diseases count as the onset.Other diseases count as no disease.4.Using the statistical methods of comparative average,X~2 test,Spearman test and logistic regression,exploring the occurrence of haze during the Five yun and six qi periods,the relationship between meteorological factors and the occurrence of haze,and the incidence of lung diseases in the Five yun and six qi periods of haze occurrence.Results:1.The occurrence of haze in Changchun City is related to the changes of the Five yun.In the years of fire,soil and gold transportation,the haze data may differ only in five years;the main transportation period mainly occurs in the initial transportation.The final luck,the fourth luck,the first luck.2.The occurrence of haze in Changchun City is related to the change of six qi.It is high in the end of the main qi,the five qi,the first qi,and the second qi;the law of occurrence during the politeness period is basically the same as the main qi period.3.Haze has a high incidence of lung diseases during the luck period,and the effect of the old age on the incidence of lung diseases is small;the main hail of the haze is the end of the transportation,the lung disease is high,and the haze occurs the least.In the case of lung disease,the disease is also the least common;the main qi is the haze of the end qi,the five qi,the second qi,the lung disease is high;the qi is the end of the qi,the haze of the five qi is high.High incidence of lung diseases;the age of the haze high in the haze will have an impact on the lung diseases,among which the first qi,the second qi,the three qi and the final qi of the Shaoyang phase fires are very easy.A lung disease occurs.Conclusion:There is a correlation between the occurrence of haze in Changchun City and the changes of the Five yun and six qi.We should pay attention to prevent the occurrence of related lung diseases caused by haze during the high incidence period of haze.
