Clinical Observation Of Shock Wave Combined With Functional Exercise In Treatment Of Periar

Objective:to treat the periarthritis of shoulder joint by using shock wave combined with function.The clinical efficacy of research,observation in the process of using this method in the safety and effect,analysis and explore its role in improving corresponding symptoms around shoulder joint inflammation mechanism,for clinical implementation of this method and extended to provide sufficient theoretical support and basis,make the low efficient therapy in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder to play a bigger role in the process.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)in the patients who were admitted to the second hospital from heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine,and the patients with the criteria for the diagnosis of shoulder arthrosis were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was treated with extracorporeal shockwave therapy instrument combined with functional exercise therapy,and the control group was treated with the same function as the treatment group.The course of treatment is 45 days.After the treatment,the symptoms of the two groups were observed,and the statistical analysis and efficacy analysis were performed from the VRS pain score and the constant-murley activity score of the European shoulder association.Results:the close observation after the test process and the analysis of the results,the treatment group and control group in improvement of periarthritis of shoulder symptoms have certain curative effect,the two groups of subjects of shoulder VRS score and Constant after each course of treatment-Murley mobility compared on a course of treatment were obviously improved(P<0.05).Neither group showed significant adverse reactions during the treatment.There were 30 patients in the treatment group,of which 13 were excellent,9 were good,7 were poor,and the optimal rate was 73%.Control group of 30 patients,including 6 cases,4 cases,15 cases,5 cases,fine rate was 33%,after statistics analysis,all have significant difference(P<0.05)the curative effect of treatment group compared with control group.Conclusion:the treatment of shock wave combined with functional exercise has significant curative effect in improving the pain and activity disorder of shoulder,and can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients and the efficacy is satisfactory.Clinical experiments show that this method is effective,inexpensive,simple and safe.It provides an effective selection method and thought for the clinical treatment of periarthritis of shoulder,which deserves further research and promotion.
