Therefore put forward the scientific hypothesis:There is superiority in the treatment of shoulder periarthritis with Yijinjing Jiuguibamadao.ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiuguibamadao Exercise on Periarthritis of Shoulder is aimed at initially discussing the clinical value and mechanism of action about this reseash.MethodsThe Periarthritis of Shoulder patients of this thesis were originally collected from the Fourth Out-patient department of the No. lAffiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. There were60cases in total, and randomly split into two groups of30. Following the basic Tuina, the treatment group was taking Jiuguibamadao exercise and the control group was taking Finger Climbing exercise. The clinical therapeutic effect was assessed by the Shoulder Function Rating scale and VAS scale before and after treatment. Then statistically analyzed all result data with SPSS19.0software, in which the measurement data were used on t-test; ranked data were analyzed with Ridit analysis to observe whether there were differences of both treatment results. Results1. The Evaluation of the result of "before and after" on the Shoulder Function Rating scale:50days after the treatment of Jiuguibamadao exercise (the treatment group, Group A) with Finger Climbing exercise (the control group, Group B) on Periarthritis of Shoulder patients had recovered most of their clinical symptoms.2. Recovering comparison on "before and after" with the Shoulder Function Rating scale:Group A improved backhand height and touching ear movement before Group B (P<0.01), with improved shoulder Internal rotation and external rotation on both groups were equally (P>0.05).3. Comparison of clinical efficacy:The total effective rate of Group A was100%, and the Group B’s was83.33%. The clinical efficacy of Group A were better than Group B (P=0.03<0.05).4. Recovering comparison on "before and after" with the VAS scale:Group A and Group B also can effectively improve the shoulder pain and the effect of both group were equally (P>0.05).ConlusionClinical observation indicates that Jiuguibamadao exercise significantly improve the Periarthritis of Shoulder patients, and the total effective rate was up to100%, was better that the exercise of taking Finger Climbing.
