Objective:To explore the relationship between self-made Jianpi Prescription and prognosis of colorectal cancer with Qi and Blood Deficiency through retrospective study,so as to provide ideas for further clinical treatment and prognosis judgment. Methods: A retrospective study was conducted on 165 patients with Qi and Blood Deficiency after radical surgery of colorectal cancer who were hospitalized in the oncology department of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2015 to January 1,2018.The Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the factors such as sex,age of diagnosis, family tumor history, intestinal polyp history, smoking history, drinking history, body mass index, clinical first symptom, carcinoembryonic antigen before radical surgery, carbohydrate antigen 199 before radical surgery, tumor site, tumor maximum diameter, histological type, regional lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, clinical stage, taking self-made Jianpi Prescription by single factor analysis, and the survival curve was drawn. After Log-rank test was used to analyze whether there were statistical differences in survival curves of various factors, the different factors were introduced into Cox proportional hazards regression model for multivariate analysis, and the independent factors influencing the prognosis were screened out.Results:1.The median progression-free survival of the whole group was 54 months, and the 1-year,2-year,and 3-year progression-free survival rates were 84.8%,64.2%,and 56.4%.33 cases were treated with self-made Jianpi Prescription,of which the median progression-free survival was 82 months, and the 1-year,2-year,and 3-year progression-free survival rates were 93.9%,78.8%,and 69.7%.132 cases were treated without self-made Jianpi Prescription,of which the median progression-free survival was 45 months, and the 1-year,2-year,and 3-year progression-free survival rates were 82.6%,60.6%,and 50.3%,but the survival curves of the two groups were not statistically different after Log-rank examination(P>0.05).2.Single factor analysis showed that gender, smoking history, body mass index, carcinoembryonic antigen before radical surgery, carbohydrate antigen 199 before radical surgery, tumor maximum diameter, histological type, regional lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and clinical stage had statistically significant effects on the survival time of patients with Qi and Blood Deficiency after radical surgery of colorectal cancer(P<0.05).3.Multivariate analysis showed that carbohydrate antigen 199 before radical surgery, tumor maximum diameter, histological type and clinical stage were independent prognostic factors affecting survival of patients with Qi and Blood Deficiency after radical surgery of colorectal cancer(P<0.05).Conclusions: 1.In this study, taking self-made Jianpi Prescription has no effect on the prognosis of patients with Qi and Blood Deficiency after radical surgery of colorectal cancer and cannot be used as a prognostic factor for the time being;2.Carbohydrate antigen 199 before radical surgery, tumor maximum diameter, histological type and clinical stage are independent prognostic factors affecting survival time of patients with Qi and Blood Deficiency after radical surgery of colorectal cancer.
