Clinical Study Of Jianpiqushi Prescription Combined With Chemotherapy In The Treatment Of Spleen Deficiency And Dampness Type Of Advanced Colorectal Cancer

Objective:To observe the effects of Jianpi Qushi Prescription combined with chemotherapy and chemotherapy alone on patients with advanced colorectal cancer and their toxic and side effects,and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jianpi Qushi Prescription.Methods:Sixty patients who were in accordance with advanced colorectal cancer5were randomly grouped into treatment groupand control group earch with 30 cases.The control group was treated with chemotherapy alone,and the treatment group was treated with Jianpi Qushi Formula and chemotherapy.Before and after treatment,the changes of tumor markers,tumor mass size,TCM symptoms,KPS scores,body weight,safety indicators(blood routine,liver and kidney function,etc.)were observed in both groups.Used SPSS 19.0 statistical software for data processing.Results:(1)Regarding serum tumor markers,although the values of CEA,ferritin,CA125,and CA199 in the two groups before and after treatment were numerically changed,they were not statistically significant after the rank sum test.There was no significant difference between the two groups.(2)comparing the size of tumor mass:there were no complete remission(CR)cases after treatment in the two groups,partial remission(PR)was 2 to 3 cases,the effective(CR+PR)treatment group was 10%,and the control group was 6.7%.Both groups were not high.Two to three cases of disease progression(PD),although the treatment group had some advantages,there was no significant difference between the two groups.(3)the TCM symptoms curative effect:the total effective rate of the two groups of patients after treatment(significant cases + effective cases/100)was 77%in the treatment group and 57%in the control group.Although the treatment group had advantages,there was no significant difference between the two groups.There was no significant difference between the two groups.Sexual differences.(4)physical condition comparison:KPS scores before and after treatment were compared.Statistical analysis showed that the treatment group was statistically significant,indicating that Jianpi Qushi Decoction combined with chemotherapy can significantly improve the physical status of patients with advanced colorectal cancer.Two groups of KPS score improvement cases compared the treatment group of 13 cases(43%),the control group of 9 cases(30%);KPS score reduction compared to the treatment group,control group had 3 cases(10%).There was a significant difference and the treatment group had an advantage.(5)weight comparison:two groups of patients with weight loss after treatment were treated in 6 cases(20%)in the treatment group and 11 cases(37%)in the control group.After statistical analysis,the difference was not statistically significant.The results showed that Jianpi Qushi Fang had no significant difference with chemotherapy alone in maintaining patient weight.(6)Safety evaluation:the toxicity of the two groups was compared.There was a statistically significant difference in only eight items of diarrhea.In terms of diarrhea,the treatment group was superior,and the other seven items were numerically superior to the treatment group,but not statistically significant.Conclusion:The combination of Jianpi Qushi Formula and chemotherapy can effectively reduce the toxic and side effects of chemotherapy,and can significantly improve the physical status of patients with advanced colorectal cancer,which can improve immunity and prolong survival.
