Effect Of Zhuang Medicinal Qianlieshu On Expression Of Cytokines Associated With Type ?A Prostatitis

Objective: To investigate the effect of Qianlieshu external lotion on the expression of cytokines related to type ?A prostatitis(damp-heat with stasis syndrome),and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Qianlieshu external lotion.To provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of chronic prostatitis(CP)by national medicine.Methods: From March 2018 to January 2019,patients with type ?A prostatitis(damp and heat with blood stasis syndrome)in the male outpatient department of Ruikang Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine were numbered according to the order of visit.All patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The control group was treated with Tanluoxin hydrochloride sustained-release tablet,and the treatment group was treated with the sedentary bath of Qianlieshu external lotion on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment in both groups was 28 days.The symptom index(NIH-CPSI),TCM syndromes score,the number of leukocytes in(EPS)and IL-2 in ESP were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The expression of IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor ?(TNF-?)was evaluated.All the data were analyzed by SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results:(1)Observation period: 40 cases in the control group,0 cases in the control group,3 cases were withdrawn because of the poor curative effect,37 cases completed the clinical trial observation;There were 40 cases in the treatment group.0 cases were eliminated,1 case was withdrawn because of automatic request,and 1 case was withdrawn from the treatment group.A total of 38 cases completed the clinical trial.(2)After 28 days of treatment,12 cases were cured in the control group,7 cases were obviously effective,10 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate of the control group was 78.38%.In the treatment group,18 cases were cured,13 cases were obviously effective,2 cases were effective and 5 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate of the control group was 86.84%,P<0.05,which indicated that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(3)After treatment,the NIH-CPSI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.01),and the scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).(4)After treatment,the scores of TCM syndrome in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the difference was significant(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01).(5)After treatment,the EPS-WBC of the two groups decreased to some extent,the difference was significant,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01).(6)After treatment,the levels of TNF-? and IL-6 in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(7)After treatment,the level of IL-2 in the two groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qianlieshu external lotion has a good clinical effect on type ?A prostatitis(damp-heat with stasis syndrome).It can improve the life treatment of patients and regulate the level of related cytokines to achieve the purpose of treatment of CP.
