| Objective: To evaluate objectively the clinical effect of acupunctur e of Zhuang medicine in treating delayed menstrual period,and provide another effective and safe treatment of delayed menstrual period,whic h is intended to be promoted and applied more,by observing the clinic al curative effect of acupuncture on delayed menstrual period,and co mparing it with acupuncture of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: A randomized controlled trial with small clinical samples was used in this study.60 post-menstrual patients who were admitted to the Zhuang Medicine Department of The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine and its Renai Branc h Hospital respectively from March to September 2017,and were confir med to meet the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,were selected as the subjects of the study.According to the principle of random distr ibution,they were divided into two groups: acupuncture of Zhuang med icine group and acupuncture of traditional Chinese medicine group with30 cases each group.Traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture group a dopts Qihai,Guilai(double),Xuehai(double),and Sanyinjiao(double)as the main acupoints,according to the dialectical treatment method to se lect acupoints,with the technique of mild reinforcing and reducing.After developing needle sensation,the needle into the puncture,left for 30 mi nutes,acupuncture once every 10 minutes afterwards.Zhuang medicine acupuncture group gives priority to diseases differentiation,acording to the points association principle of " the dome-like heaven embraces the vast earth",TSBh2-4(bilateral),RFh3-6,RFh4-6,TMc(unilateral),THc(u nilateral),and DNSz(bilateral)are selected as main acupoints,applied w ith " needle maneuver in figure of 8 " method,needle into puncture,le ft for 30 minutes.The treatment of patients in the two groups began w hen their menstruation ended,and ended when their menstruation came,3 times a week,needle kept for 30 minutes each time,3 months as a course of treatment,then observation of effects at the end of a course,followed up 3 months after the end of treatment.The changes of men strual cycle,menstrual period,menstrual volume,accompanying sympto ms and signs in the patients of the two groups were observed and reco rded before and after treatment and follow-up,and the data were statist ically analyzed by SPSS17.0 software.Results: Syndrome curative effects of Zhuang medicine acupunctur e group after treatment: 0 cases were cured,6 cases markedly effective,20 cases effective,4 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 86.67%;syndrome curative effects after treatment during the follow-up: 0 c ases were cured,7 cases markedly effective,21 cases effective,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.33%;curative effects of the treatment in regulating menstrual cycle: 5 cases were cured,12 cases m arkedly effective,10 cases effective,3 cases ineffective,the total effecti ve rate was 90%.Syndrome curative effect of traditional Chinese medic ine acupuncture group: 0 cases were cured,3 cases were cured,21 cas es effective,5 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 82.76%;sy ndrome curative effect during the follow-up: 0 cases were cured,6 case s markedly effective,21 cases effective,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.10%;curative effects of the treatment in regulating menstrual cycle: 4 cases were cured,9 cases markedly effective,12 cas es effective,4 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 86.21%.Af ter treatment,the total scores of menstrual cycle,menstrual period,men strual volume,relevant symptoms and symptoms marks in the two grou ps were significantly different from those before treatment(P < 0.05),i ndicating that the menstrual cycle,menstrual volume,menstrual period a nd accompanying symptoms of the two groups were improved,compare d with those before treatment.Whether after treatment or during follow-up,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05)in the aspects of the menstrual cycle,menstrual period,menstrual v olume,associated symptoms,and the total scores of symptoms,which c an be considered that the two groups have the same overall efficacy.Conclusions: 1.It can be seen that the clinical curative effect of acupuncture of Zhuang medicine in the delayed menstrual period is sim ilar to that of acupuncture of traditional Chinese medicine,and it has o bvious improvement effect in menstrual condition and accompanying cli nical syndromes,etc.,and the curative effect is significant and stable d uring treatment and follow-up,through the observation of the clinical c urative effects.2.Zhuang medicine acupuncture is one of the effective treatment for clinical treatment of menstruation,can be widely used in clinic. |
