Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Urticaria By Acupoint Embedding Combined With Pricking And Cupping

Objective: In this study,acupoint embedding combined with pricking and cupping was used to treat chronic urticaria,and compared with oral loratadine dispersible tablets.The clinical efficacy and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared to provide new ideas for the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods: A total of 60 patients with chronic urticaria were enrolled in this study.They were divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to randomized controlled trials.The treatment group was treated with acupoint embedding combined with pricking and cupping,first pricking and cupping,and then acupoint embedding,once a week for 6 weeks;the control group was given oral loratadine dispersible tablets,once a day,a total of 6 weeks.At the end of 6 weeks of treatment,the total scores of symptoms and signs before treatment,3 weeks of treatment and 6 weeks of treatment were compared.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed for 3 weeks and 6 weeks.The skin quality of life score before and after treatment was recorded.After 3 months,follow-up was performed to evaluate the long-term efficacy.Results:(1)The clinical efficacy of the treatment group(acupoint embedding combined with pricking cupping method)and the control group(oral loratadine dispersible tablets):(1)After 3 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.00%,the control group The total effective rate was 76.67%,Z=-0.572,P>0.05.The difference was notstatistically significant.There was no difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups.(2)At the end of 6 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%,Z=-2.883,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was better,and the treatment group was better than the control group.(3)The follow-up results after 3 months showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was83.33.%,the total effective rate of the control group was 63.33%,Z=-2.091,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,and the long-term efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(2)Comparison of total scores of symptoms and signs between the two groups:(1)Comparison between groups: comparing the total scores of the two groups for 3 weeks of treatment,by non-parametric test,Z=-1.392,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,indicating that the treatment was 3weeks.After the two groups of patients,there was no difference in clinical efficacy;the total scores of the two groups were compared for 6 weeks,and the non-parametric test,Z=-3.205,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that after 6 weeks of treatment,the two groups of patients The clinical effect was better,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.(2)Comparison within two groups: The treatment group was compared with the control group,and the total scores before treatment and 3 weeks,3 weeks and 6 weeks,before treatment and 6 weeks were compared,and the non-parametric test was performed.The values were all less than 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that both treatments can reduce the total scores of symptoms and signs in patients with chronic urticaria.(3)After treatment,the skin quality of life scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,P<0.05,the difference wasstatistically significant.The quality of life of both groups was improved,and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusions:(1)The clinical efficacy of acupoint embedding combined with pricking and cupping in the treatment of chronic urticaria is clear,and its short-term efficacy and long-term efficacy are better.(2)Acupoint embedding combined with pricking and cupping is better than oral loratadine dispersible tablets in improving the quality of life and signs and symptoms of chronic urticaria patients,and it is safe and reliable,with fewer adverse reactions,less treatment times and lasting effect.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
