Clinical Research On Thread-embedding Applied To Acupoint For Gastrointestinal Syndrome Of Chronic Urticaria

Purpose:this thesis is aimed at treating gastrointestinal damp-heat chronic urticaria based on acupoint catgut embedding therapy(ACET) to conduct catgut embedding for the stomach and spleen acupoint a nd the acupoint of clearing and dampness–eliminating, by setting western medicine control groups as the clinical observation comparison to find out the therapeutical effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy for gastrointestinal damp-heat chronic urticaria and providing a reference for the clinical selection of treatment plan.Methods: For one week interval between, grouped according to the patients admitted to hospital for treatment of sequence, will meet the inclusion criteria of 60 patients with random remainder were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group 30 cases. The treatment group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding therapy, two groups of points the first group(Feishu, Geshu, Pishu,Weishu), the second group(Zhongwan,Tianshu, Zusanli, Xuehai), the two sets of points alternately, one times a week catgut embedding, 4 times for a course of treatment. The course of treatment, the control group with oral administration of cetirizine hydrochloride cetirizine tablets treatment, 10mg(1 peels), daily 1 time, bedtime, 4 weeks for a course of treatment, rest a week later to a course of treatment. A total of 2 courses of treatment, after the end of treatment evaluation of efficacy, clinical efficacy of treatment results wer e assessed, and the relevant data were statistically analyzed.Results:(1) comparison of the total efficacy after the first course treatment between the two groups, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison of the total efficacy in the short period after the second course treatment in the two groups,the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05);after treatment in the two groups of long-term(after the end of treatment 2 months) total curative effect comparison, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);The results showed that: after the first course treatment the western medicine treatment control group fast acting, is better than the treatment group;where,in the end of second course treatment acupoint catgut embedding group and Western medicine group curative effect quite; acupoint catgut embedding group long-term effect is superior to western medicine in the control group.(2) in two groups of treatment before and after the symptoms and signs integral comparison;comparison of two groups between before and after treatment, the symptoms and signs of total score,differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); After treatment, the symptoms and signs score, the total score of symptoms and signs were decreased compared with before treatment;The results showed that the two groups of treatment can improve gastrointestinal damp heat type chronic urticaria the symptoms and signs. In the two groups before and after the treatment between the individual symptoms or signs integral relatively poor differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05). The results show that: the two groups of treatment on the symptoms and signs the effect is quite.(3) Before and after treatment in the two groups in the score of life quality, t he difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). The results show that the two methods can effectively improve the quality of life of gastrointestinal damp heat type chronic urticaria patients. After treatment between the two groups quality of life scores compared the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05). The results show that: there is no difference in improving the curative effect on the quality of life in patients with two methods.(4) during treatment and at the end of the treatment, acupoint catgut embedding group 1 patients had nodules, by rubbing and hot nodules absorpted; control group, 2 cases appeared slight dizziness, nausea, dry mouth symptoms, to a lesser extent can be tolerated and after treated without adverse consequences.Conclusion:In this study, the use of acupoint catgut embedding and oral administration of Western medicine therapy in the treatment of gastrointestinal syndrome of chronic urticaria, can obviously improve the symptoms and signs.Both methods can be effective in improving patients quality of life,remarkable long term curative effect is better than Western medicine.
