| Objective : In the previous pre-experiment,it was found that Quchi-Zhongzhong puncture and cupping method could alleviate chronic urticaria on the basis of secondary prevention and basic treatment.Through the comparative study of the experimental Quchi-Zhongzhong puncture and cupping group,the Quchi puncture and cupping group and the western medicine loratadine group,the curative effect of the Quchi-Zhongzhong puncture and cupping method in the clinical treatment of chronic urticaria was determined.It provides a reference for clinical standardization in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods:100 patients with chronic urticaria who met the inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria and elimination criteria were selected.They were randomly divided into treatment group(Quchi-Zhongzhong puncture and cupping group),control group 1(Quchi puncture and cupping group),control group 2(Qizhong puncture and cupping group)and control group 3(western medicine loratadine group),hereinafter referred to as loratadine group.Quchi-Wei Zhong group,qu Chi group,Wei Zhong group and loratadine group.There were 25 cases in each group.All the patients in the four groups were treated once every other day,4 weeks as a course of treatment.after one course of treatment,the curative effect was evaluated,and the recurrence rate was evaluated after 8 weeks follow-up.A randomized controlled study was conducted to observe and judge the curative effect of chronic urticaria(Urticaria activity score,UAS)and dermatosis quality of life scale(Dermatology life quality index,DIQL)before and after treatment.All the patients were observed by a physician,and the score was recorded to objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of Quchi-Zhongzhong puncture and cupping method in the treatment of chronic urticaria.after the end,the patient score was statistically processed and the results were analyzed.Results:1.Comparison of baseline indexes: there was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease and each index before treatment among the four groups(P ? GT ? 0.05),which was comparable.2.Comparison of total effective rate: the four groups were effective in relieving symptoms and signs such as wind mass area and pruritus,and improving the quality of life of patients.The total effective rate in Quchi-Weizhong group(91.3%)was significantlyhigher than that in Quchi group(80%),verapamil group(68%)and loratadine group(69.5%)(P < 0.05).3.UAS score scale and DLQI scale: the UAS score and DLQI score of the four groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the UAS score and DLQI score of the four groups after treatment were compared between the four groups.The scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05),and the scores of the three groups were significantly lower than those of the control group(P < 0.05),and the scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.05),and the scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in score between the two groups.All the four groups could improve the area of wind mass and pruritus and improve the quality of daily life of patients with dermatosis,but the number of wind mass and the degree of pruritus in Quchi-Weizhong group were lower than those in Quchi group,Zhongzhong group and loratadine group,and the degree of pruritus in Quchi-Weizhong group was higher than that in Quchi group,Weizhong group and loratadine group.The curative effect on improving the quality of life of patients is more significant.4.Comparison of recurrence rate: the recurrence rate of 8 weeks in the Quchi-Zhongluo puncture and cupping group(8.7%)was significantly lower than that in the Quchi puncture and cupping group(16%),the central puncture and cupping group(20%)and the western medicine loratadine group(43.47%).The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion: Quchi-Zhongzhong puncture and cupping method is feasible in the treatment of CU,and the combination of the two methods has synergistic effect.it has obvious advantages over Quchi puncture and cupping group,Cizhong puncture and cupping group and loratadine group.in terms of recurrence rate,it has obvious advantages over Quchi puncture and cupping group,Jizhong puncture and cupping group and loratadine group.The method of puncture and cupping in the three groups was lower than that of loratadine,which could prolong the duration of treatment.Green,less pain,high safety,worthy of clinical promotion. |
