An Experimental Study On The Effect Of Maizhuni On MMP-13 And COL-? In Crevicular Fluid In Peri-implantitis In Teeth Of Dogs

Objective: To study the maizhuni buy juniper to gingival sulcus dogs around implant infection in COL-?,the expression of MMP-13,and changes in the periodontal index,which provide new inflammation around implants in the clinical treatment.Methods: 9 dogs were under general anesthesia,the first premolar of bilateral mandible was extracted by minimally invasive method,and the implants were immediately implanted into proximal tooth extraction litter.The implants were all 3.4mm x 10 mm android implants.After that,healing cap was put on and the wound was tightly sutured.The no.6 silk thread used to induce inflammation was coiled and ligated in the buccal and lingual center of the implant abutment.Then,the ligated silk thread was pressed into the gingival groove of the implant along the direction of the root with blunt periodontal probe of head.The end of the silk threa d was left in the mouth to cause inflammation around the implant.4 weeks after the detection of periodontal index,beagle around implant model of success,only 9beagle were randomly divided into three groups: group of antibioticcs,drug buy juniper group and the control group,the group of antibiotics be given antibiotics(amoxicillin capsules and metronidazole tablets),buy juniper group according to the animal body weight given to buy juniper,the control group given the same amount of normal saline,the intervention measures for 4 weeks in a row.Through measurement and analysis of three groups of dogs implant in three different stages(baseline period,inflammation and after treatment)modified sulcus bleeding index,probing depth Periimplant crevicular fluid and the collection of specimens using th e double antibody ELISA method to measure COL-? and MMP-13 in gingival sulcus fluid and further observe d medicine buy juniper the curative effect of inflammation around the implant.Results: the control group and the antibiotic group,maizhuni group in COL-?,MMP-13,m PLI,m SBI,PD,PICF content index comparative differences exist,and P<0.05,there was statistical significance.However the antibiotic group and maizhuni group in COL-?,MMP-13,m SBI,PD,PICF content index comparison,P>0.05 there was no significant difference.Three different stages of the antibiotic group and maizhuni group(normal,inflammation,drugs)have obvious difference,P<0.05,the difference was statistically signifycant.Conclusion: Maizhuni may be used to treat Peri-implantitis,and it has inhibitory effect on COL-?and MMP-13 in crevicular fluid.
