| Objective: The maizhuni of IL-1β inhibitory mechanism attempts to explore Maizhuni effect on implant related factor IL-1β and inflammation of periodontal index,for proving the evidence on clinical therapeutics.In particular,the reduction i n the incidence of inflammation around the implant is a reduction in the treatment of antibiotics.Methods: 100 patients of 18~55 years old who received implant den ture repair were divided into two groups of standard control group and experimenta l group,standard control group of preoperative oral amoxicillin;The experimental group was given oral amoxicillin before operation,7 days after suture removal in t wo groups were measured IL-1β,plaque index and bleeding index.The experiment al group were treated with four courses of maizhuni.A month after the referral me asurement of IL-1β,plaque index and bleeding index.Statistical analysis of datausi ngSPSS22.0.Results: The control group after four weeks the level of IL-1β and I L-1β levels after a week compared significantly(P<0.05),four weeks after the bl eeding index was significantly decreased compared with the one week bleeding ind ex(P<0.05),Four weeks after the plaque index and a week after the bacteria bo ard index was not significantly different(P>0.05);In the experimental group,four weeks after the levels of IL-1β and IL-1β were significantly decreased after a we ek(P<0.05),After four weeks,the bleeding index was significantly decreased(P<0.05)compared with that of a week later,after four weeks,the levels of IL-1βand bleeding index in the experimental group were significantly lower than those i n the control group,and there was no significant difference between the plaque in dex.Conclusion: Maizhuni has inhibitory effect on IL-1β,has good clinical effect on peri implant inflammation. |
