Research purposes: Acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory disease, which occurs mostly in the face, chest and back.Because it occurs in puberty,it is also known as acne, which has a certain impact on the quality of life of patients. At present, the understanding of acne pathology in modern medicine is mainly caused by factors such as hair follicle sebaceous gland, hormone, immune system and environment.Chinese medicine through the human body’s viscera as a reference, with kidney yang deficiency, liver qi stagnation, spleen deficiency and dampness, lung by wind and heat as the main cause of the disease. In this paper,we attempt to observe the effect and safety of Martial Arts Rehabilitation of acne vulgaris through the treatment of spleen, and to explore the mechanism and provide more for acne.A simple, effective and safe intervention method.Research methods: Through the recruitment of Shanghai Sports Institute and Tongji Middle School in Yangpu District,Shanghai,30 eligible subjects were selected and randomly divided into experimental group(with Martial Arts Rehabilitation as intervention)and control group(blank control).Group),15 people in each group. In the original living state, the experimental group used Martial Arts Rehabilitation to rectify the chest and back to perform three times a week,a total of 6 weeks of experimental intervention, and the control group maintained the original living state as a blank control group for 6 weeks. The skin lesion scores, skin disease quality of life scale and McGill visual pain score(VAS)before and after the experiment were observed and recorded. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical software. Results: There were no significant differences in gender, age, skin lesion score, skin disease quality of life scale, and McGill visual pain score(VAS)between the experimental group and the control group before intervention(p>0.05).Comparative analysis of the experimental group before and after the intervention:Skin lesion score: experimental group p <0.01 has a very significant difference, the control group is not statistically significant;McGill visual pain score(VAS): The experimental group p<0.01 had a very significant difference, and the control group p>0.05 was not statistically significant.Skin disease quality of life index points: experimental group p <0.01 has very significant differences;control group p0.05 is not statistically significant,no significant changes.Comparison of curative effects: The efficacy of the two groups was compared. The effective rate of the experimental group was 80%,and the effective rate of the control group was 14.28%.Comparative analysis between groups after intervention:Skin lesion score: The data of the two groups after intervention were compared and analyzed p<0.05,which was different;McGill visual pain score(VAS): The data of the two groups after intervention were compared and analyzed p<0.05 was different;Skin disease quality of life index points: After the intervention, the two groups were compared between groups(p<0.05),and the two were different.Analysis conclusion:1.Martial Arts Rehabilitation of thoracic vertebrae conditioning method for the treatment of thoracic vertebrae 5-9 painful type of acne vulgaris, the effect is better than the control group.2.Through the Martial Arts Rehabilitation to adjust the thoracic vertebrae manipulation, the effective rate of acne vulgaris in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.3.Martial Arts Rehabilitation of thoracic vertebrae conditioning method has a slowing effect on the pain index of the 5-9 segment of the thoracic vertebrae. It is more effective and has a benign effect than the self-recovery of the control group.4.Due to the high efficiency of the experimental group of acne vulgaris, the quality of life dermatological indicators of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.
