Objective: To observe the distribution characteristics of skin lesions in acne patients of different ages by investigating typical clinical cases,summarize the age of onset,the distribution regularity of skin lesions and the characteristics of rash type,and explore the pathogenesis characteristics,so as to guide and improve the curative effect of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.Methods: Acne patients who met the inclusion criteria in dermatology clinic of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected.Sample information such as skin lesion distribution and rash type characteristics of patients of different ages were collected by filling out questionnaires.Results: 1.A total of 200 patients were enrolled in this typical case survey,including 70 males and 130 females.Group A consisted of 21 children aged7-14,group B 116 adolescents aged 15-25,and group C consisted of 63 adults aged over25.Adolescent acne cases accounted for 58.0%.(2)The 12 months of the year were divided into four quarters.The number of cases was 29 in the first quarter,69 in the second quarter,37 in the third quarter and 65 in the second quarter.(3)In group A,the lesions were mostly on the forehead(47.50%),chest back(17.50%)and chin(12.50%);in group B,the lesions were mostly on the left cheek(22.41%),right cheek(21.38%)and forehead(19.31%);in group C,the lesions were mostly on the left cheek(24.53%),right cheek(22.01%)and chin(20.76%);the distribution of the lesions was different among the three groups.(4)Statistical analysis of rash types in group A,B and C showed that there were differences.The number of cases with severe skin lesions in group A was the highest,with 10 cases;the number of cases with mild skin lesions in group B and group C was the highest,with 48 cases and 30 cases respectively.There were differences in the number and severity of skin lesions among the three groups.(5)Papules(43 times)and pustules(20 times)were common in male patients,acne(53 times)and papules(87 times)werecommon in female patients,and the common types of rashes were different between male and female patients.Conclusion: The most frequent skin lesions in childhood acne patients are forehead,cheeks and forehead in adolescent acne patients,cheeks and chin in post-adolescent acne patients,and acne lesions in childhood are mainly acne and papules.In addition to acne and papules,there are also pustules,cysts,nodules and scars.(3)The distribution of skin lesions in children with acne is dense,and the distribution of acne skin in adolescence and post-adolescence is symmetrical.
