Clinical Observation Of Pinggan Maitong Tablet In Treating Parkinson's Disease Of Phlegm And Wind Movement

Objective:Aiming at the etiology and pathogenesis of tremor syndrome,combined with the clinical manifestations of phlegm-heat wind-induced Parkinson's disease,based on western medicine,combined with traditional Chinese medicine Pingganmaitong tablet,To observe the changes of TCM syndrome and modified H / Y stage in patients with phlegm-heat and wind-induced Parkinson's disease(PD).Methods: In this paper,the random control method is used,the sample size is62,according to the random list of eligible patients,divided into experimental group(Pingmaitong tablet medoba)and control group(medoba)31 cases each,the UPDRSIII score,TCM syndrome score and modified H / Y stage of the patients were evaluated at the time of admission,after three months of treatment,re-evaluation of the changes of UPDRSIII score,TCM syndrome score and modified H / Y stage changed in patients?Results: The UPDRSIII score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment.The scores of UPDRSIII and TCM symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the improved H/Y stage in the observation group was lower than that in the control group.Toxic and side effects : according to the patient's long-term follow-up,there were no obvious abnormalities in blood routine,liver function and kidney function,we learned that the drug had no significant side effects.conclusion :On the basis of routine western medicine treatment,Pingganmaitong tablet can obviously improve the symptoms of dyskinesia in patients,it can help improve the quality of life of patients,and no obvious adverse events occurred in the study,high security,have the value of carrying out.
